I recently visited Milestone and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm, inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The ambiance is cozy and charming, with soft lighting and comfortable seating that makes it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends.

The coffee here is exceptional. I tried their signature blend, a rich and smooth medium roast with notes of chocolate and caramel. We’ve been regulars at Milestone Café, especially on Friday nights, drawn in by the cozy ambience and consistently great coffee. One of the main reasons we keep coming back is the excellent service from the Filipino barista - always friendly, professional, and welcoming.

Unfortunately, tonight’s experience was disappointing. A different barista was on duty, and his attitude once again left a negative impression. At around 10:40 PM, despite the café closing at 11:30 PM, he abruptly turned off the lights outside while there were still six customers, including our group of four enjoying our drinks. This unwelcoming behavior felt like we were being pushed to leave early, even though we were well within operating hours.

This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced unprofessional conduct from this same staff member. It’s a real contrast to the otherwise warm and friendly vibe Milestone is known for. We sincerely hope the management addresses this issue, whether through better training or feedback so that future visits are as pleasant as...

I’ve been a regular customer and I’ve always loved Milestones coffee, but this time I was really really disappointed. We usually buy our beans in Al wahda mall, but since the airport road branch is on my way, so that’s where I went.

Instead of their usual container, my coffee grounds were just tossed into a flimsy ziplock bag (Saying it does not fit in the original bag after grinding).
