Baskin Robbins - Airport Road — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

This WAS our go to branch for when we want to have ice cream. At 10 pm on the day i wrote this review, the server was very rude. It's the first time i saw him in this branch. 1st red flag was when he asked if i wanted to take out and i said yes but before he could even open the paper bag I said I don't need the bag and he visibly showed a big sigh and said that i want to take out, yes i do want to take it out but I don't need the paper bag. 2nd red flag, we paid by card and the machine froze midway but we already got a bank statement that our transaction was complete, but he wouldn't give believe us, understandable but the way he talked to us was very mean, he was very aggressive, we told him to just cancel the machine and we'll pay again but he told us to wait in a very aggressive voice. We usually get served by a man in this branch, but today there was a very rude lady. We ordered 2 kids cones, and repeated KID 3 times. She then proceeded to charge for a different size. I questioned the price and she said it was not a kid cone. I said it was pretty strange to order and get something different. I asked for her name, as she wasn’t wearing a name badge, but she refused and started fake coughing all over the counter. She was very aggressive and tried to snatch the ice creams from my kids! On June 3 2023, around 6:40-7pm. One Indian male staff was working and my cousin and wife asked something which was answerable by yes or no. And this staff was very rude and throwing tantrums when its our turn to be served. They just gone out instead because they didn't want the negative vibe this guy was giving off. Baskin-Robbins you need to do better, if the staff doesn't know the meaning of customer service or he's not happy with the job then better fire that guy. Alot of hard woking people are...
