So, food arrived cold and uncooked. We then complained, an a person that claimed to be the manger dealt with our complaint. Eg

When we said we were not interested in having the food replaced as we had lost our appetite. (Due to their attitude). We just requested the bill. The “manger” refused to deduct the cost of the food we complained about.

I then called the restaurant an asked for the manager. A different individual that was the “official” manager then explains that because we sampled the food before complaining he was unable to remove it from the bill.

After an attempted negotiation we gave up !

Customer service ... a joke...

If your hungry... go to McDonalds... least the cr*p they serve you is hot !

Very disappointed as it’s a old establishment that use to have a good reputation. I’d been going there for the past 5 years, an it’s been on a sever decline since.

Had the “official” manger dealt with the complaint to a satisfactory manor.. (charged us for what we ate) i’d Go back... but now... never ...

If you want a shisha.. your good.. if you want quality Lebanese food.. try “Reem al bawadi” ! Or ...

|[General atmosphere]| The place is nice, the character of the beach restaurants in terms of decor, sessions and the general atmosphere ، It has treats everywhere , the music is nice ، The location of the restaurant is nice for a walk after the end of the meal in case the weather was suitable .

| [Menu] | Kozin Shami in short, grills and appetizers are very good , shawarma is good , breakfast is very good Khmer tea for me like the current delicious tea ، The breakfast I tried was delicious, they have trays ready and you can add to them ، I haven't tried sweets, but they have to be ordered .

| [Service/] The processing time of the order is reasonable , the time of the rush you must confirm your order over time ، Some employees have to learn to smile, some, not all, in general, the service is very good .

|[Cons]| Hookahs are everywhere and this is not suitable for non-smokers . The prices are a little high compared to the quality and service .

The good is amazing! You must try their Ma'joo'a which is a little mutton triangle stuffed with cheese, pistachios and mushrooms and capsicum, it's mouth watering! Their Izmerli Kebab is also great which is yet another kebab stuffed with pistachios and cheese. Do NOT try their Jordanian Mansaf, they give you very little meat and it's no where near as good as the authentic mansaf in Jordanian restaurants.

Their shisha is horrible, the charcoal they use is of very bad quality the moment the shisha guy puts charcoal, it's a matter of 1-2 minutes max before the coal turns black and needs changing. Also, they put very little molasses in their already expensive shisha so you will get the burned taste within 15 minutes max.

Worst of all is there is never a waiter around. I had to ask the shisha guys every time to go and call a waiter.

The only good thing about this place is the ambience, the nice aroma they have all across the restaurant is very pleasant and the decoration is amazing.
