shish tawook and kids meal was quite salty and all meals were bought out at different times i asked the waiter for vinegar and had not received it so i asked another waiter where is the vinegar? he replied we dont have any but few mins later the original waiter arrived with vinegar lol so i spoke to the waiter and questioned him about his reluctunce to give vinegar which he replied oh we dont serve it as it is very strong lol (pony tail waiter) the waiters could of been more attentive the original waiter that seated us was not intersted in us as much as our 3 year old was playing up and he had a bit of face on like he couldnt be bothered to deal with us it took a while for our order to get taken bit uninviting customer service skills are poor and food was nothing special and i have been to the awani in jbr loads better these guys need to sort there attitude and customer service skills and chef needs to watch his salt dosage as i like salt but this...

I was accidentally charged a bit more than the posted lunch package price, and when I returned to bring it up at the counter, he brushed me off. He claimed it was a busy hour—yet he wasn’t on the floor serving tables; he was just sitting and doing nothing. Fixing a fixed-price lunch for two shouldn’t be rocket science.
