I bought a ice cream cake last 2 days back.. but the design that i like ruined by the staff the bow from that cake removed because he pulled it so hard from the freezer. I paid 145 aed for that cake and also the note that he put is very bad . Cannot even understand the thing he put there. That cake i bought is for my manager. I really embarrassed while i opened the cake when i reached my managers place. Thats why he put it directly to the box and gave it to me not even showing me the thing he put it there. Hope you'll take action on this. And let them practice how to put a note on the cake. It will ruin the others people...

I have been coming to this place frequently since past 3yrs as it's close to my work.. Recently the staff changed and the new lady is too rude n too formal, she's not polite and the way she talks is as if she's giving ice creams for free and she has the right to behave like that.. Both my visits she made us wait n she had no patience wen customer is trying to choose the options n bcoz of mask her voice is not audible n if we ask again, she loses her patience... I will no longer visit this place again.. I really like the previous sales guy, he used to remember us even if we are wearing masks.. I won't visit this...

I have been coming to this place frequently since last 5years. We visited the store 2020/10/28 around10pm. The staff lady was too rude and not polite at all. They didn't even care about the customers who was waiting to make a order. She treated us like we came to buy for free and we had to wait more than 15 minutes to give our order. Also she didn't give attention what we ordered and giving what she wanted. Her attitudes were disgusting. We are not expecting this type of customer service from BR. I will no longer visit this place again if these sales people's behavior...
