Well service was very poor- firstly tables were dirty at least 3– called out to 3 different staff members to come and clean and 2 were very rude whilst the girl who served us came up to clean after we asked her— she came to just remove the left over food and containers and brought our food which she had placed on the next table- we told her to please clean the table with a cloth- she went downstairs to collect it and came to clean one side/— we then had our meal— we couldn’t finish it and asked for a takeaway. 1 staff member told us he’s returning and never did, we called for another staff member who rudely told us to us to go and collect downstairs— Then finally the Manager, Fenandez, I think helped us, but after also mentioning to us to go and have it packed downstairs. He probably noticed our not so happy faces. He said he will get one package for us from upstairs- he came & placed it on the table and told us to pack ourselves- we looked at him, & he quickly packed for us. This KFC dining for us was very poor, very poor service & the customer care was a total zero. Like what’s wrong with these people? Not happy & very rude! We were very disappointed for such a service. In the past, we've enjoyed several pleasant experiences there, but our last two visits have left us quite disappointed. I specifically went to buy my favorite loaded cheese fries, but they fell short of expectations. The cheese that was generously promised was barely a drizzle, and the overall taste was surprisingly bland and dry. It was not the satisfying treat I had hoped for.
During one of my recent visits to the store, I decided to try redeeming my points through the KFC App. However, to my disappointment, the specific location wasn't listed within the app. I approached one of the staff members for assistance, but they were unable to provide any answers. In an attempt to resolve the issue, they called their supervisor over, yet unfortunately, that person was also unable to help me. This girls were arguing right infront of some local people there before. When I checked about my order, Ugandan lady really unprofessional, and I say this because it's not the first time her arrogance and bad tone caught my attention. She literally ignored her colleague at first when she asked, then after they continued arguing before the clients.
