Read moreIts been 2 days when I dine to KFC mall of the Emirates food court. Site: 12769 Host: PABITRA (Very rude cashier lady) When I ordered the day of 9 August it's was morning like 10:30 am. Before the cashier taking my order I saw her picking a paper plate on the floor that they are use to serve the food of customer and place it to the table top. After taking my order she took the same plate so I requested to change it for hygiene purposes, then she was making face reaction over me. So it's fine for me I let her do her service but it's not good. Second day 10 of August same 10:30 am. I ordered 2 sets of chicken meal 1 for dine and 1 for take away upon payment her face looks bad again and I gave her 100 DHS bill then she ask me if I have coins but I don't have, the next thing I knew she's having high pitch of voice saying "I don't have change" so for me it's not my problem anymore but if she ask me like nicely perhaps I will pay in card. But the way she treated me it was very rude characteristic of staff. So I suggest with the store manager of this site is to train your people with good customer service. They should have standard commitment with the brand and apply to all customer regardless the status of the person especially for those who are patronising your product or brand. Hopefully this employee of yours is not doing the same thing to...
Read moreAbsolutely Disgraceful Service at KFC Mall Of Emirates branch– Staff Member “Smile” Needs Urgent Training
I had a truly awful experience at KFC because of one staff member named Smile—who, quite honestly, couldn’t be further from the meaning of her name.
I simply asked if I could change my regular fries to spicy fries. Instead of politely informing me that it would cost 3 dirhams extra, she rudely told me that it couldn’t be done—with an attitude that was completely uncalled for. When I asked again, she finally said there would be an extra charge. I told her I was fine with that and ready to pay. But instead of just processing the order, she deliberately delayed it and continued to behave rudely.
To make things worse, she made an extremely unprofessional and humiliating comment in front of another customer, saying, “Maybe she’s hungry,” as if making fun of me for simply wanting my order corrected. Her entire behavior was disrespectful, mocking, and downright unacceptable.
KFC seriously needs to retrain or reconsider keeping staff like this. Smile’s behavior was not only unprofessional but also demeaning. I came for food, not to be insulted.
I will absolutely not return to this branch and would not recommend it to anyone unless they want to be treated with...
