It used to be our favorite place until they try to be smart a** and be rude to the customer. We are customers for the last 4+ years and tonight the one called manager Janeka (if I spelled his name correctly) showed his unprofessional and high level of rudeness. We ordered the sushi boat, made the order directly to the kitchen chef, asked specifically how many types of sushi does the sushi boat has, confirmed that was 8 rows and when the bill came the bill was out of any reasonable price because was priced per item, not as a sushi boat that was a reasonable price. I confronted the chef and she lied eye to eye that she had that conversation with me, that I requested the sushi boat and she had confirmed to me the boat is with 8 different sushi types instead of 6 that is the standard. I asked to be open the cameras as well to prove it and got ignored. This is not the main issue, the cherry on top was when the “manager” said you had it, you pay for it. Really??? If your staff confirmed to us what we asked for don’t you think is your staff issue, mainly your issue of how to manage them and not us as customers? This place is going down the drain since the last manager Olga left a couple of years back. And when the manager was challenged to check our membership and we are very old customers since Olga was managing it he replied he can’t do so and he doesn’t know who she is. Also claiming he is working there the last 7 years. How exactly do you work there when you don’t know who the manager of yours was 2 years back?
