Seven Hot Pot Restaurant（marina branch) 7 Hotpot — Restaurant in Dubai

We are frequent customers of this restaurant, the food was okay and this is the nearest hotpot in our area. 3 very bad experiences i would like to share with the restaurant. 1. We were dining in late and saw a cockroach crawling in our chair, immediately called the staff to inform and he said there was pest control service happened earlier, so we said its okay. We paid our bills normally, no any discount or good gesture offered. Then 2. We dine in again late, few slices of oranges were spoiled and have green mold on them, it has also slimy liquid attached to the oranges. I immediately called the staff and informed, he gave new slices of oranges in our table, which i considered good gesture, but as usual we paid our bill without any discount. Lastly, it was yesterday, 13 July 2025. We took fried chicken and there was a hair, i called the staff and informed him. He apologized and explained that it might be from the customers who are taking the chicken as well. We said its fine but i clearly mentioned as well the previous bad experiences. One staff came, the one with the eye glasses, he said they will not charge for the plum juice as an apology, i just nod at him conrfirming my acceptance for his offer. We proceeded eating but we lost our appetite already and barely ate the remaining food in our table. When we proceeded to the counter to pay our bill the same staff with the eye glasses repeated again that he didnt charge us for the juice but was in offensive tone. I felt offended and told him that i can pay 2 or 3 plum juice. He did apologized but he left the impression to us that our bad experiences are only equivalent to 12dhs plum juice. Cockroach, spoiled oranges and hair in food will not be compensated by the complimentary drinks. Even if they offer a free food for a year, i will not go there and will not recommend...

DON'T BOTHER COMING HERE. BAD EXPERIENCE & FOOD. RUDE STAFF.

Both food and service were awful. The moment we're about to order, the first staff who seated us weren't very helpful at all. He just rudely instructed scan the QR to begin the order and the menu was all in Chinese text which he could see it obviously from our faces that we aren't one (imagine he didn't bother to mention there was an on option to translate evrything to english until the 2nd staff did).

The free chicken at the sauce station wasn't good. Our hot pot ingredients aren't served on the same time, the meat, mushrooms and beansprout came first while the noodles came in between until a 2nd follow up is needed. Their chili oil is made only by pepper flakes not the regular and fresh red chili.

We ordered a fried dumpling which in the photo looked appetizing, and when it was served it tasted all mushy, taken out from the freezer without defrosting and looked like the chef just dumped all at one in the pan to fry. You can judge it immediately how it was cooked bec all of them were stuck together in the plate when it was served. We reached out to the manager that we weren't satisfied with the dumpling and it must be taken out from our bill. Before even the manager could agree he still insisted that the taste is okay even without trying. At least he could've at least try with an apologies or courtesy.

The lady next to our table was wearing a platic bips that could protect you to possible stains from the soup but nothing was offered for the same with me.

The spicy soup, I noticed a pulp of a powder that wasn't dissolved properly. The taste of the non spicy was even horrible.

I had a great experience in Seven Hot Pot behind MOE as both food and service were great but I guess the brand cannot live to its standard unlike to...

Perfect restaurant If you’re looking for an affordable hot pot in Dubai

Street parking is not always available but they have their own parking lot, so ask them and they will give you a particular number to park at the parking lot .

Very good experience, service is quick

You only pay 59 Dhs and enjoy all the meat and veggies on first page of the menu Including spring rolls, sesame seed round, Golden bun , and potato ball and fried chicken in the sauce section.

Vegetables are so fresh Meat is so fresh Seafood is so fresh

I recommend the spicy hot pot as the non spice one has no much flavor

Spicy soup is not so spicy so don’t be afraid to choose it if you are not a very Spicy person

Staff is very attentive and always checking and asking if everything is okay and on point ❤️

Thy only con is that the place is very hot, AC is not strong compared to the heat coming from the hot pot
