Terrible service My husband and I we want to try the steak here and finally we had the time! When we enter inside and try to find where we can seat comfortable! and First impression by the waitress instead of greetings and warm welcome, Looking at me up and down!Wow ? I was shocked by the attitude of the waitress and instead of helping us to find a table where its not too cold the waitress stop us from looking a table where we can seat and check the menu! and telling us we need to come to the front first and order first! More like an order! And telling us We will find table later and adjust the ac but you need to come to the front first and order! My husband and I was shocked and Wow what a rude waitress didn’t even greet us and so rude you expect us to dine in? Without checking the place? omg! I was wondering why this restaurant is always empty! Waitress is rude , Ac is too cold plus the music is too loud, they should have a nice dinner music not party song! I Hope the manager will train them how to be polite and welcome guess! My husband and I we had an amazing dinner at goose island at five hotel...

Edit: since Google doesn't allow me to review twice. Well, second time here, my first review already speaks for itself regarding the place. The food was once again great and very generous. In terms of service, this time I got taken care of by Poe and Sanjita, both very professional, detailed oriented and genuine kindness.

First time in meat moot. I got a very warm welcome (dunno the name of the girl but kudos for the enthusiastic nature) right at the entrance where all the instructions of this great environment where explained to me. Then after getting a sample from the cook I got taken care of by Youssef who explained to me in details how to add an amazing layer of flavors with all the sauces. Then during my lunch, it's Ariane who provided me with the most gentle and attentive service to see for my needs. Smoky brisket layered with soft, roasted eggplant — rich, juicy, and incredibly well-balanced. 🍖 Beef Shank – Melt-in-your-mouth texture with deep, smoky notes. Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. 🍔 Beef Burgers with Fries – Juicy patties, soft buns, crispy fries — classic comfort food done right.

The atmosphere was lively, the service was friendly, and every bite felt like a smoky celebration. Definitely a must-visit for BBQ lovers in Dubai!
