AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

How I used to love this place. I used to come here nearly religiously every couple of days since the time they have opened a few years back.

Been there a couple of days back and I have to admit, the service has dropped beyond abysmal.

We waited in the queue and got seated (everything okay so far) but I have asked for 1 more chair as my friends wife was joining us in 5 mins. The chair has been taken away and when I asked it back, I was told that the manager ordered it because some other people needed it (several people that looked like russians in the next table who were super loud).

I politely asked a couple next to us if they needed a chair and they were fine with giving it to us … but the problems didn’t end there.

10 mins after my friends wife joined, we were asked to move, because they “had to give the table to someone else” and the lady apologized for the confusion but she said that the manager has told her.

We had to wait for another table to be cleared in the middle of the place for another 10 mins and this is when I had enough. The place that I absolutely loved turned into “you are not good enough for the manager”. I asked to have a conversation with the him.

I don’t know if that was him or not but somebody called Alex approached us. He informed us that we “skipped the line” - which is absolutely not true and that we need to be “happy that we have a table in this place”.

As he was leaving, he spoke in russian (roughly translated by the people sitting next to us) - “f**k, what ungrateful people”.

I don’t think I ever had a worse experience in any place in Dubai for the decades I’ve been here, let alone in lounges in JBR.

NEVER am I coming back to this place thanks to Alex. Seriously, I have no idea who...

I recently tried their pina colada🔥 flavored sheesha, which was notably smooth and well-prepared, a real treat for shisha lovers... The setting is perfect, overlooking the beach with stunning views, making it an ideal place to unwind⚔️

One thoughtful touch is that they provide purified drinking water, which adds to the comfort and quality of the visit. However, I was a bit uncertain about whether the water bottles were reused, which might be a minor concern for some... better be sealed to give some confident😉

The staff are friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming vibe that makes you want to return... except welcoming girls gives cold face👻
