Taqado Mexican Kitchen - Dubai Mall — Restaurant in Dubai

bought two medium bowls, two drinks and gauc and one of the of the staff members (MIDO) tried ripping me off. He didn’t give me the receipt and if it wasn’t for me doing calculations and coming back to the place and asking for my money back, i would’ve never gotten it back. in total, it was around 114. he charged me 185 aed!! my first card declined the 185, then he typed in 185 for the second time and my second card went through and charged me the 185. i would’ve thought it could’ve MAYBE been an accident but he typed that price TWICE and didn’t give me the receipt. when i went back he gave the amount he ripped off of me in cash and when i asked for the receipt, he said he would email it to me in an hour. and guess what? 24 hrs later and i still don’t have the receipt. if it is an accident (which isn’t because it was typed twice and didn’t correct the mistake), then train the staff to be more responsible, caring, trustworthy and “better at calculation” so this “mistake” doesn’t happen to anyone else. i’m sure im not the only one that this has happened to but i do hope im the last. i made sure to write down the name of the person who did this “mistake”. the food wasn’t even worth any of my...

I recently visited Taqado Mexican Kitchen, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and vibrant, welcoming vibes. The food was absolutely delicious – every bite was a burst of authentic Mexican flavors, prepared fresh and to perfection. The variety of options on the menu catered to every craving, and the ingredients were clearly of top-notch quality.

A special mention goes to Mr. Mido, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly stood out. He patiently guided us through the menu, offered excellent recommendations.
