Nando's Bath - Kingsmead — Restaurant in Bath

Me and my partner go to a nandos once a week (we do love our nandos), and as we were in the area with our friends we thought we'd give this one a go instead of our usual one and what a massive mistake that was! This was honestly the worst nandos I've ever had. The lady at the tills advised me that it would be half an hour wait as they were busy, I appreciated the warning and was happy to wait. 45 minutes later the first meal turned up (my friends) and the chicken was stone cold but the fries were hot. I went to the loo (which were a complete state) and to see how the rest of our meals were coming along, I noticed that the hot plate was filled with half empty plates of chicken and no sides. My friend managed to grab a waitresses attention to ask where everyone else's meal was and mentioned that his chicken was stone cold. She took his meal away to reheat. It returned ten minutes later slapped on the plate but still no other meals. We asked again and finally 2 further meals came out, both with luke warm chicken, but they couldn't seem to figure out where my meal was. My meal then finally came after a further ten minutes with cold garlic bread and again luke warm chicken. In total it took about an hour and twenty minutes for all of our food to arrive. I feel like there was no clear management in the kitchen as there was chicken just sat there to go cold and no sides. It wasn't even that busy compared to other nandos I've been too. No apologies or no-one came round to tell us there were extra delays on our order, had to chase several times. It was such an expensive disappointing meal and will never use this...

As a lover of Nando's we were extremely put off by this restaurant, to point I'm filling this out whilst here. We were greeted at the door by a guy who was annoyed That we interrupted his conversation picked up two menus and walked off he then looked back and yelled table for two and waved us over... He walked to the table threw the menus down and walked off. On the way to the table I noticed that the drinks machine was wrapped in cling film with a piece of paper tapped to it with not working on it. After deciding to stay any way as were considering walking out at this point, my partner went to order and asked if that was the only drinks machine as this isn't our normal Nando's, the guy taking the order replied with "it no work" and offered no other option so we had water. Whilst waiting I noticed that the floor was littered with rubbish, cutlery and menus, tables still had plates on and that ours was cleared but sticky with sauce. The food came very quickly if not a little too quick, the waiter almost dropped them on the table and walked off. Having been to a few different branches we knew about the "chicken" that's collected by one of the waiters checking on hour the meal is, this wasn't present and no one came to check. To be honest the food was ok not brilliant but we couldn't be bothered to even try and bring up any issues with the staff.

This branch is the worst I've ever been to and doubt I'd ever come back...

Took my daughter and her Friends for a birthday treat. On the phone I was told when we arrive mention it’s her birthday and they will sing to her blah blah blah! When we arrived we were seated and told to use a QR code to order at the table, very cold way of dealing with customers with kids. I then asked if someone could take our order at the table and explain the different food types but was told I need to order at the till as we don’t come to the table. I managed to find some kids crayons and scribbled our order on the back of a cheap tacky menu and went to the till as prompted. When the order came out the miserable girl didn’t even say hi and forgot my drink. I then went back to the till area and was told my drink was not on the list can I go back to my table and get the receipt 🤔 so I did and there was my drink on the receipt and that’s how the evening started and with no apology.

Bunch of chopsy little kids running this establishment with no manners and zero customer service. Don’t waste your time with this place !! Oh and they didn’t sing happy...
