I really enjoyed my visit to Pizza Hut in Birmingham Bullring. It’s honestly probably been about 13 years since I last ate at a Pizza Hut restaurant, there doesn’t seem to be as many around as there used to be. We opted to avoid the buffet and ordered from the main menu instead. I can’t deny the cheesy bites pepperoni pizza was absolutely amazing, completely different to what you’d get from the takeaway Pizza Huts. Surprised to say it was of the better pizzas I’ve ever had. The salad bar was okay, not as good as the one at the harvester, but still a nice touch. The calm vibe and comfortable seating also made for a pleasant dining experience. The hostess and servers were pleasant, and I see they’ve moved all service to their webapp, which I’m assuming is a move to reduce operational costs. With that in mind, I must admit that the prices are astronomical for what you get. They seem to be operating a model where they almost expect you to have vouchers etc to bring the otherwise astronomical price down to something more reasonable. A sharer pizza (ie for 2 people) was £31.99! I have a blue light card (25% off food) and Pizza Hut gift cards are also currently on sale on Amazon at 20% off, which brought our total meal price (+2 drinks) down to £25.26, which I see as reasonable, but I feel bad for any tourists or people otherwise none-the-wise who are paying the full advertised price. Nevertheless, if you're in the mood for some delicious pizza and don't mind the cost, and/or have vouchers/discounts on hand, it's definitely worth a visit.

We arrived at this Pizza Hut after the other one in the Birmingham city centre was closed, and we are so glad we did. We were served by Tracey C and we have never had a kinder, more helpful server before. She is an absolute credit to this restaurant. I would even go to say that she made mine and my Mum's experience here so nice that we would return just because of her. Me and my Mum used the Meerkat Rewards discount here so had a pizza each for £15.99 which was a bargain! The pizza was really hot and we were able to swap some of our toppings which was amazing. The pizzas were very filling, we also had a sale bowl each as well which was nice and fresh and nice to eat before the pizza arriving and alongside it. The restaurant was clean and had a nice view of the Bullring outside the window as well, it wasn't overly noisy like other places within the Bullring so we really liked it here. We also got asked by two other employees if we were Ok and we're enjoying the meal which meant if we had any problems we could always shout up and someone would see to it. Very impressed and so glad we visited here.

Visited during the half-term holidays for the all-in lunchtime buffet. It was absolutely crowded out, and I discovered why afterwards. They had a deal on for a free kids meal if you spend £10 or more. I hadn't seen this so I paid full price, which is my own mistake! It's a cashless venue, and you have to order off the QR code, or at least that's what I was told to do anyway. I was very happy with the buffet as all of it was non-haallal so all options were fine for me. A decent selection of pizza varieties, my personal favourite was the 'nduja one. They do serve beer and wine but I stuck to the soft drink machine as it was included in the buffet. All of the staff were lovely, it's just how busy the place was and the queues where quite overwhelming, as well as lots of little kids running freely and popping up over our booth. If you're a vegetarian, I'd exercise caution as I did see a child swap a ham pizza into the vegetarian section so although the best care is taken by the restaurant in the way they've set it up, they can't keep an eye on everyone during hectic times.

We haven't been to a pizza hut in a long while as the price kept going up and the quality was going down. Today, however, we were very nicely surprised. The lady who greeted and seated us was cheerful, friendly, and kind. She chose a table close to the buffet/ drinks area as she saw I was walking with a stick and she said she didn't want me walking too far. This was amazingly kind, and I didn't ask for this. That meant alot to me. The other staff were efficient, and overall, I feel we were checked on about 4 times in total which was super efficient. When I ordered online, I used my blue light card discount without issue. The deals are still far better than the pizzas themselves, so we ordered 2 buffets instead of 1 pizza (practically the same price). Salad bar as usual was fresh, and well filled with plenty of bowls. My 5 year old son had a kids deal. He ate most of his salad, which he loved collecting himself from the salad bar. He only ate a couple of bites of his mini pizza, but to be honest, it did not look anywhere as good as the other pizzas. Drinks were top quality as usual with the Pepsi max/tango dispenser with flavoured syrups including cherry, strawberry, lime and vanilla. I was most surprised by the pizza selection on the buffet. There were 2 levels (about 3 pizzas per level) over 2 sides. All the veggie were on 1 side clearly marked with green handle equipment. The other side was clearly marked in black as they were all meat. There was a huge selection, and there were no empty dishes! They were all hot and looked and tasted great! There was also a new cheesy garlic bread that was absolutely delicious. Their old garlic bread I would avoid as it was dry and not nice, but this was excellent. My son and I completed with an icecream from the icecream factory and it was good quality, the station was surprisingly clean, and sauce bottles and toppers were all well filles and clean. Overall, I would say this was an absolutely excellent visit, and we will definitely be visiting this restaurant again in the future. Thank you again to the amazing greeter, who was so thoughtful and kind (I wish I had...

Queued outside with my friend and her daughter in a pushchair. We got seated just fine; the waitress helped up lift the pushchair up the stairs. She told us our servers name 'James' and he made no attempt to serve us. We had to get our own highchair for the little one and bring it up the stairs to our table then another female took our order. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for it to get to the table no explanation for the wait baring in mind the queue outside wasn't even long and all the tables by the time we were eating weren't full. Another guy brought over hot plates. They were dirty covered in ham and bbq sauce.

We waited for our table to be cleared away about 5-10 minutes after we had finished trying to flag down a waiter to get them to clean and take our order for dessert. The same girl that took our pizza order said she'd get our desserts put through. We waited again 20-25 minutes. The baby got restless so we had to flag our original male server down who hadn't visited our table once throughout the whole meal only to wait for him to serve someone else then come back so we can ask for the bill and leave.

The dessert we ordered wasn't even on the bill which means they never even put the order through to the kitchen so we waited for nothing. The only positive I would say is the pizza was lovely as usual and the poor girl who served us really was trying hard to cover the work load while her other colleagues apart from the one on the door and a male supervisor just stood around or walked around doing pretty much nothing unless...
