I had walked past this restaurant many time's, the aroma of Italian food drifting out from the restaurant door always caught my attention, making me hungry, it smelt so good.

La Fattoria is a popular place, do book a table, or wait patiently, you will not be disappointed if you do.

The Pizza Chef is an expert, who prepares the pizza dough himself, from scratch, this is as close and real as it gets, beautifully pulled into a round Pizza shape, then decorated with the finest of ingredients, absolutely delicious.

The main kitchen at La Fattoria, produces fine tasting excellent quality Italian cuisine, I have eaten at every Italian restaurant in Chester City, but the ingredients used at La Fattoria, and the expert chef's and kitchen team consistently produce excellent tasting food, the sheer popularity of this restaurant and the professionalism in how it is run shines out.

The waiting on team will guide you to your table, in a confident and professional manner, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and they eat the food themselves, so if you're not sure what to choose, ask any of the waiting staff, who will be glad to recommend a dish or assist you with your choices.

Having gone out in Cheshire rather late, we were struggling to find a restaurant with a kitchen still open after 9.30pm! This was third time lucky as we were about to settle for some awful chain restaurant, naming no names (Peri peri 🐓) We came across La Fattoria, who happily accommodated us and the atmosphere in there as we entered took us right back to our recent trip to Italy! Such a buzz and staff were all Italian with lovely welcoming manner! We couldn’t believe our luck! So let’s see we thought if the food matched the service… We ordered drinks - lemoncello for me and lemon cello spritzer. Both Delicious! Salad starter to share where there was plenty for two! My fella choose the king prawn linguine which he said was the best Italian meal he ever had! 10/10 from him. I had the seafood risotto but requested only prawns. There were many many prawns in this dish and the portion was very generous. However, it was a little bit too salty and tomatoey for me. I am normally a very big eater, but I was unable to finish this dish. We weren’t planning on having a dessert, but the waiter was very persuasive by showing us the menu which had photos of the desserts. Booked in advance to come here on Friday night 7.00 with my partner ,we where waiting at the door while the manager got tables for other people ,we where left high and dry 30 mins basically at the door and he didn’t give any thought for us even though we had booked previously ,I can only describe the experience as organised chaos ,rude obnoxious staff also we had no option but to leave as we Wernt given any attention at all giving tables to customers who hadn’t even booked previously disgusting behaviour ending up leaving you all should be ashamed of yourselves inc rude customers who couldn’t wait , also the lighting was dark and customers seamed rowdy loud wrong place for birthday celebrations load banging of pans ,it’s not a nightclub ,manager seamed more interested in filling the place full of unbookings ,do not book because the manager doesn’t take you seriously or care and has an aggressive attitude towards his customers at all would much rather give tables to anybody on the streets the restaurant was far from quiet and had the wrong sort of people dining in there 👍 1 star 🌟 poor customer service, poor attentive behaviour towards customer bookings and losing genuine customers doesn’t seam to bother them !!
