Struggling with arthritis in my fingers I'd been unable to wear my engagement and 21st birthday rings for some time. Other rings were also proving too small to go across my knuckles and all were in need of cleaning. My visit to Vow was a very pleasant experience where I found everyone to be patient and really helpful. After discussing my problems and measuring my swollen fingers we agreed that my 2 most important rings could be increased in size with additional gold, another could be stretched and all could be cleaned and polished. I left feeling reassured and looking forward to collecting them. I was absolutely thrilled to see everything when I went to collect them. I actually had tears in my eyes because I was finally able to wear them again and they all looked absolutely beautiful, just like new. All credit to the staff for their patience, kindness and wonderful work with my jewellery. My rings are not the most expensive that money can buy but they mean the world to me and to see them restored and back on my fingers was fantastic. My thanks and sincere appreciation...

I stumbled across VOX in desperation to get a ring cut off that had become too tight to remove and was aggravating a swollen finger. A Russian wedding band, the ring was a gift for my 21st Birthday (28 years ago!) and I'd worn it 24/7 ever since. I was quite distressed at the time and the staff were so kind and helpful. The ring was cut within several minutes bringing instant pain relief and saved me a trip to A&E. Then what to do with the gold. I didn't want to part with something sentimental that feels like a part of me. We discussed several options including melting it down adding more gold and setting a diamond. However I decided to simply get is repaired a size bigger and not twisted as the original band. The work was done within 24 hours and I couldn't be happier with my 'new old' ring. I am looking forward to going back to Vow and getting some old jewellery that I don't wear made into something new and pretty or buying one of their beautiful necklaces for my 50th Birthday.
