I visited this restaurant in early September, and I ordered chicken momos, and staff said that would take some time, which I understand, but when served and eating my second piece, I found a hair imbedded into the momo's dough. I informed the chef, and they didn't apologise, and said 'it wasn't a good day for you to eat momos as we are busy' and told me to change my order. I ordered something else which was served very late because the staff forgot about it. Not only that, but less than a minute after serving it, one new waitress took it away before I could eat it, claiming that it was not my order, and proceeding to ask everyone else in the cafe whether it is their order. She was very rude, and stubborn, not believing it was my order! The staff have very poor communication, and the kitchen staff have been yelling and arguing about tissues in the back, making this all a very non-peaceful and certainly non-meditative experience (as advertised). I left the cafe without eating anything, paying a bill for tea, and wasting one and a half hours of my life. This was not an authentic or peaceful experience, and certainly unhygienic and stressful. Never will I...

Read moreIt's a little slow because it's a one lady show, and momos ran out at 530pm, but the food was good
Mega thali's dishes were great. The lentils esp had exceptional earthiness, and the butter ckn is completely different from the Indian style, a lot less creamy and more earthy. Very good. Dhal is abit diff from expected too, but not as good as the other two
Ckn soup was comforting
The vegan pasta soup was quite funny, because the dough is really somewhat reminiscent of pasta. Veggies and soup were alright
Coconut curry ckn was bad tho, it's really sweet and the taste was quite weird
Mango lassi is one of the best I've had. Super strong mango, intense yet creamy texture and well balanced. Exceptional, this alone makes it a must visit Update: I took away this time and it's still super thick and creamy but tastes more syrupy. Not sure if it's my lapse in judgment previously (I only had a few sips) or because mangos are notninnseason and they're compensating
Kashmiri chai was not bad too
Bill only worked out to be 10.75 per pax, which is value for money since we...
