Unforgettable Lebanese food and warm, genuine hospitality
We had such a fantastic meal here, easily one of the best Lebanese dining experiences we've had. The service was warm and welcoming from start to finish, and the owner was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the whole evening feel personal.
For starters, we had fattoush, arayes, and liver, all full of flavor and beautifully presented. The arayes were crispy and perfectly spiced, and the liver was rich and tender, absolutely delicious.
For mains, I had the Gilt-Head Bream, which was cooked to perfection; light, flaky, and seasoned just right. My partner had Batata Bissayyeh, a meat and potato dish that was hearty, comforting, and packed with traditional flavor.
Every dish felt homemade, authentic, and full of care. If you're looking for proper Lebanese food with great service, this place is a must. We’ll definitely be...

After eating there on our first night we ate there again on our third and last night. Service was friendly and efficient. The food did not arrive immediately with a reasonable break between starters and mains which we prefer. The set menu is very good value with a large mixed meze and then a choice of three main courses with tea or coffee. The bread stuffed with meat and the pureed aubergine were particularly good. When we visited again we were keen to try more of the small plates so ordered two lots of starters. All delicious. Excellent value for money. We will return when next in Brighton and...
Read moreExcellent taste! Authentic ambiance. We were really pleased. The lady and the gentleman working there are very friendly. They make you feel at home. My specialty is lamb shish. Their fish is also supper delicious. It is impossible to leave the table without being full.
Also the prices are the most affordable you can find in Brighton. I don't understand those who give bad comments. Do these people not understand food at all!!?! This is the place we visit at least once a week with my partner and friends.
I definitely recommend this place. The baklava and tea they serve from home after the meal is a great detail. You are guaranteed to leave the table with a smile on your face.
Those who don't go...
