Burger King — Restaurant in England

Was in that Burger King yesterday. Was buying chicken nuggets for kid as many times before at that place. Was served by Serena (never saw her here before)... no "good afternoon", no "hello", no " how can I help", just " wait" as she was packing other order ... I understand some people working for minimal wage but I really don't care. I am really not picky person and try to be nice guy but coming for food and paying normal price than I expect from cashier at least minimum of polite behaviour ... she packed my order and again no "here you go", no "please come again", no "enjoy your food", to be honest nothing - she said nothing. I don't know maybe she work there as some type of punishment or what but because of that kind of worker you loosing customer - probably not first time. We will be going to city center McDonald's next time ... I highly not recommend that Burger King to other customers. I am admin of huge bikers website, will add same post on...

Absolutely shocking customer service , I am disgusted and lost for words at this madness and how this is so unaccetable!! I tried to order a meal as there was a long que that put me under pressure ,I thought , I ordered a saver meal with a drink but apparently it never came with a drink(must have been a mistake on my part) .Tried to ask and explain to them what happened, and if they could add a drink to my order and they completely refused .I felt pressured to rush my order due to the long que's and the reason for the long que was the 'out of order' ordering/kiosk machine .They had no decency to understand my point and actually took it further by making me look like a fool and argued with me infront of everyone in the store. Absolutely shocking service no wonder they desperate for 5 star reviews. Burger King is definitely going to go out of business at this rate. The last 5 BK's I've visited only 1 has been up to scratch and even then its just managed to keep face. This one is a typical BK, food prep machine are broken, had to test the milkshake machine, to make sure it works (it did.. mosk BK dont!), "the bun toasting machine" wasnt working so the buns felt stale and dry, there is no items for a kids meal (had a coulering in sheet but no crayons) the whole kitchen from a customer side of the counter looks a bit rough around the edges, with rubbish black and white printed off reminders for staff plastered everywhere. Atleast the member of staff behind the counter weren't "chavvy" like most BK and the girl was nice. Told myself not to...
