Domino's Pizza - Ryde — Restaurant in England

We ordered two pizzas tonight and when they turned up the order was wrong,we phoned them and explained and was told to take a picture and email it to them and they would send out a replacement, 1hr 30 mins later still waiting so phoned them again, call was answered with just hello and I had to ask if that was domino's and was told yes, asked where the replacement pizza was only to be told I will check the emails now. So after waiting 1hr 30mins they hadnt checked the emails(have to say when would they have checked if I hadnt phoned them again). Asked to speak to the manager who was the person I was speaking to on the phone and got offered a refund or would I still like the pizza to be sent out,asked for a refund but no other compensation was offered for waiting 2 and a half hours. Pretty poor...

I called to order for delivery I couldn't hear a word the man was saying to me nor could he hear what I was trying to order due to all the screaming, swearing and shouting in the background i asked if all the noise was customer's or staff the man replied "no sorry it's the staff been rude" I asked if they could keep it down so I could complete my order and they replied with even louder swearing and shouting.....I was not able to compete the order as the man clearly couldn't hear what I was asking for so I told him not to worry .....the staff down there clearly need a manager that can keep what sounded like feral Animals under control..... definitely won't be getting food...

Made an order and was charged 3.60 more, so called to check why, the guy how answered the call, said he don't know, so i asked to speak to somone else who knows, the manager didn't even bother coming to the phone, so I was kept on hold not knowing the extra, Ok only one topping extra 1.90 so should have been 33.99 +1.90 including vat right? I asked to cancel the order was told its already made and its on the side ready to be cooked. So 8 minute call and they wouldn't cancel the order!!!! Wow its because they already have the payment. Bad customer service bad attitude. NEVER...
