Ice Cafe — Restaurant in England

We were discriminated in this ice shop.

My daughter and I waited in line for ten minutes when suddenly, an approximately 60-year-old white man cut in front of us. He provocatively stared at me and my daughter. The ice cream shop owner didn't stop him but allowed him to cut in line. This was my first experience with racial discrimination, but I didn't want to confront him as I was with my daughter. Honestly, the ice cream tasted terrible as well; the cherry flavor tasted like medicine.

This was my first experience with racial discrimination in the UK, and what angered me the most was the ice cream shop owner allowing this to happen.

If I encounter this situation again, I will loudly tell these two British men that they are a disgrace to the British people as the most British people are...

Good fast service with very friendly staff. Priced consistently with other places in the area. The ice cream was ok but the chocolate orange was not set completely and a bit chewy. I also tried the spicy nachos which I thought was great and would definitely recommend and the cheesy chips are ok as nice chunky chips and lots of cheese. Would go back...

Owner/manager is rude and belligerent. He verbally accosted me because I was carrying a camera while my wife and son were buying ice cream. I could only guess he didn't like a black man standing nearby. The cones and chocolate were stale, and the ice cream was melting faster thsn it could be eaten. Rubbish place should...
