McDonald's Leicester- Market Street — Restaurant in England

My last couple reviews on McDonald’s restaurants have been particularly negative, but this is only because I’ve had a particularly negative experience. However, this cannot be said about this McDonald’s often nicknamed by my friends and me they’re not busy McDonald’s as it is not busy compared to the McDonald’s near the clocktower. This McDonald’s is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever experience seating is fantastic and gives a cosy vibe. The food is good and I always have enough sauce in my chicken and Caesar bacon wraps. I’ve never got the wee wee disease here near the poo poo disease and I don’t expect to have a well. I’ve never suffered abuse from the start it and I’ve never ever been pushed and I’ve always been carried out if I’ve broke my leg suffered injuries in the shop which cannot be said about the McDonald’s in other places which I will wear it be reviewed. I will say one thing this is my only negative thing but I feel like it was handled very nicely one time when I was in your restaurant I experienced a bit of a bad experience when I was a shit at the shop because what if your place headset McDonald’s on fire this didn’t affect me however I did see a wedding and a party for wedding first McDonald’s and then see that was on fire upset that they could not get McDonald’s at their wedding the most exciting get a life and now they can’t have their favourite meal although this didn’t affect me so I’m not going to speak on that finally I would like to say that you guys have really helped me through some tough times and I would really really appreciate if I can get some extra points on my McDonald’s app I would recommend you give me about 10,000 points for this goes with you as it will get a lot of business going and I have also recommended this restaurant to lots of families and friends and also people that are not my friends. Not the best Mcdonalds. The first time I came here I odered something small (mcflurry, fries & nuggets) and the screen was packed and all staff members (including the shift manager) had no urgency to serve anyone. I was served in 10 mins which is ridiculous for something so small.

The seating area upstairs was closed off which I'm aware happens past a certain time, however the downstairs seating is limited and for the amount of people in the McDonald's I thought it was a bit cramped. There was no counter for pepper/salt and sauces, and I wasn't given any napkins. The staff were unprofessional, with one member swearing really loudly in the customer vicinity and not apologising, but overall they were okay.

Once seated the cleaner kept coming over to clean the already clean area, wanted to get rid of our rubbish when we were still eating and just generally being annoying by hovering. When we were gathering our things she interupted by saying there was some kind of code on the receipt that I needed when I wanted to throw my receipt away. All in all it wasn't the best experience.

The second time was in the morning and the staff were alot better and more professional however they did get my order wrong when I asked for a latte and was given a hot chocolate. The area was clean and staff were friendly enough. I've given a 3 star due to how I felt about my first visit and I wouldn't necessarily go to this McDonald's again but the food was edible and mistakes corrected...

Hello everyone, I have a very shameful incident to report here by the staff of Macdonald Market Street Leicester. I am a security officer, and I do part-time food delivery. On 25 November 2024, I went to Market Street Macdonald at 6.45pm to pick up an order. I waited for the order to get ready, and staff prepared the order and put it on the table, and asked me to wait for the drink to get prepared. I waited a further 5 minutes and requested the staff to complete the order and hand it over because food was getting cold, but the "Shift Manager Khaushli" said you are being loud and we will not give you food and stopped rest of the staff to give me food. I apologised 3 times if I sounded loud, but he was stubborn to not give me food, and everything is evident in CCTV. I was still waiting, and he delayed food further 15 minutes. Then he gave me the food and threatened me to report Just Eat, and he did that. We riders work hard to deliver fresh food but that person spoiled food and kept it without heating. This behaviour is not acceptable for any reasonable person. I would request to Area manager and site manager to investigate the issue and take proper action. Macdonald Market Street ,East Gate, Almond Road, Abbey line, all the staff is well familiar with me and my behaviour because I have been working as a delivery driver for the last 2 years.
