I was visiting the Deep with my daughter and niece, so looked for somewhere close by with good reviews. This chip shop fitted the bill as it was literally 5 mins away. I'm really glad we called here as the food was delicious. My haddock was cooked fresh, the chips were tasty as were my mushy peas, and my daughter enjoyed her battered sausage and chips. Decided on a traditional chippy lunch as it was Good Friday and I was passing this place. Ordered a large fish, fish slice, chips and curry sauce which was to be shared between myself and my son. On unwrapping, I realised just how big the large fish was, it wouldn't fit on my plate! My son had the rest and I tried a bit of his fish slice. Everything was cooked to perfection.
