Not a great experience at all. From start to finish. Firstly, booked a table for 11:30, received an email confirmation however upon arriving, they were closed! Apparently they donāt open until midday? How ridiculous that the booking system allows you to book when theyāre closed! Sit and order our food (4 people, all ordering crepes) communication was a little tricky as the waitress didnāt seem to understand the order of two crepes with lemon & sugar????? She had to go and phone the boss to see if that would be ok? Eventually she returned to confirm that was ok. The two other orders were Biscoff crepe and Nutella crepe. We were asked to pay immediately upon ordering (table service) which I thought was strange. I declined and said Iād pay at the end, she seemed irritated by this and reluctantly walked away. Iām So glad I refused to pay up front. All 4 crepes arrived about half an hour later (we were the only customers in there) and they were really disappointing. Gutted š They were cold. They appeared to be cooked from fresh but I believe they must have been cooked separately and sat waiting for all 4 to be ready before they were served? The two lemon & sugars and the Biscoff crepes were eaten but I personally only ate two mouthfuls of the Nutella crepe, it wasnāt enjoyable and not as described (served with warm Nutella sauce!). We werenāt asked at any point of everything was ok, therefore upon paying at the till I said I was disappointed with the crepes however I was willing to pay for the 3 that had been eaten but not my Nutella one. The waitress literally walked away from me, without any apology or explanation and proceeded to make another phonecall in front of me, speaking in a language I couldnāt understand. She called an older gentleman over to assist, he also didnāt even acknowledge me and he seemed to suggest something to her? I was then asked if I wanted a fresh Nutella crepe made? Seriously?????? Iām at the till, with my coat on, ready to leave. No I donāt want a crepe. After what took a long time, the waitress and the gentleman took off the cost of my crepe and I paid the balance. The whole experience was far from acceptable and with ZERO customer service. An industry I have worked in and know even basic standards. I wasnāt allowed a copy of the bill? It all Just felt unusual and underhand. I will absolutely not return and would recommend to anyone, pay at the end of service. I feel it would have been an even bigger nightmare getting a refund! Such a shame. The deco is great, itās very clean and very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRight along Western Road, youāll see a gold, luminous, and bright signage labeledā¦TREATZ! Iāve been here a couple of times and this time was better than the rest! Compared to my last visit Iām proud to say that theyāve stepped up their game!
It was quite busy at around 3pm but my friend and I managed to grab a table within 5 minutes. There were tons of desserts to choose from but Iāve decided to go for their NEW MENU ITEMS for a change!
šThat white chocolate and lotus French toast was⦠the best dessert Iāve had in a long time! Perfect combination of sweetness from the sweet milk, silky smooth lotus ice cream, and layers of crunchy biscoff in between. I kept on going for seconds and Iād definitely get this again!
š« Ferrero Rocher cookie dough was something Iāve never tried before! Literally Ferrero Rocher deconstructed! This is quite a chocolate overload if Iām being frank so all you chocolate lovers would die for this! Perhaps vanilla ice cream would be best instead of chocolate.
š„ Pistachio and white chocolate pancakes were delicious! Iām a huge pistachio lover and would have loved to see more pistachio compared to white chocolate. What made this so so yummy was the pistachio gelato and that light whipped cream!
āļøChai karak! You can never go wrong with it! What made theirs different compared to Middle Eastern style is the addition of ginger which left a cooling sensation in your throat! Perfect hot drink on a rainy day! Whatās great is that it isnāt sweet so it pairs so well with the dessert!
š If youāre in Brighton I recommend you pass by Treatz to grab dessert but please bring a friend or two to finish...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had the worst experience ever at Treatz Dessert in Brighton today around 8 p.m.
The waitress on shift (dark brown hair, wearing white) was beyond unprofessional. We walked in and stood there for a while before she even noticed us ā and even then, only after we literally had to raise our voices to get her attention. She was completely absorbed in her phone and chatting with people at the back instead of doing her job.
When she finally decided to serve us, it took ages ā and then she gave us broken ice cream cones with no apology at all. Even worse, she got our entire order wrong. We asked for strawberry and pistachio waffle with ice cream cones, and somehow ended up with mint and some random flavor nobody asked for. We tried calling her back over, and guess what? She was still busy texting on her phone and didnāt even look our way.
When we finally told her the order was wrong, instead of apologizing, she got rude and accused us of ordering the wrong thing. It was genuinely shocking. No professionalism, no courtesy ā just attitude.
Treatz, if youāre reading this: your staff desperately need training in basic customer service, especially the one on duty tonight. She clearly doesnāt care about the customers or the reputation of your brand.
To anyone thinking of visiting ā donāt. Save your time and money. Brighton has way better dessert spots where youāll actually be treated like a...
