I would give this deli and the owner more than 5 stars if I could, this place is truly gorgeous. My mum (not vegan) and I (vegetarian) came here for a birthday treat to try for the first time and it was some of the best food we’ve ever had. Not just vegan food, but food in general - my mum said it would turn her vegan if all food was like this deli’s.
The all day breakfast wrap and brownie I had was insanely delicious, the full to the brim hot chocolate and beautiful calming atmosphere made us feel like we were in a Christmas film. We also took some desserts, ‘sausage’ rolls and pizza things back home because we couldn’t resist and they were just as incredible. The atmosphere was lovely, so peaceful, the music, the lighting, the seating. I also have ocd and social anxiety so I find it really hard to feel comfortable eating out, but this was one of the first times in I can’t remember how many years I felt so comfortable and my neither disorder was triggered at all. And I unfortunately forgot to get her name (distracted by the food haha) but I believe we were served by the owner and she was incredibly welcoming, chatty and friendly. She definitely helped make the experience even better. Exceeds expectations for vegans and non-vegans alike, we’re definitely returning and recommending to everyone!...

To anyone curious about reducing their animal product consumption, this is a great place to visit. The deli itself is lovely as are the staff in there. The owner in particular spent a lot of time speaking with customers about the products available and to answer questions about intolerances or how use a certain item in cooking.
To anyone not that curious about changing their diet, the food is still delicious (see above) and healthy. Plus the space is so nice just to chill in with a coffee, which is also very good.
Overall- great food, great people and even better to see a local business run by truly...
Read moreBeautiful quiet cafe with friendly staff . Their vegan food is lovingly freshly prepared and the location is out of the hustle and bustle of the rest of the avenue. However my dining experience was slightly tainted by the fact my cutlery was possessed by the ghost of lee scratch Perry ,the dub reggae legendary musician ,who remonstrated strongly in patwa every time I stirred my camomile tea . Apart from this minor infringement of the serene ambience my overall experience was fantastic . I also strongly suspect all the waiting staff there are developing quite profound crushes on me which is flattering for a man of my senior years as long as they can see beyond my physical form and don't objectify me,remembering that I have feelings and thoughts and dimensions that transcend the material level which they clearly are...
