Hello My Moon — Restaurant in Great Britain

Clearly have done something to upset the woman in charge today (11/02/24). Despite being a fairly regular customer I’ve noticed that they treat me and my dog much worse than other customers. I.E. smaller portions, like literally a third of the size of the six year- old and next not offering my dogs treats but making a huge fuss of the next dog that walked in. I’m not sure if this was problematic or personal but what it was very VERY upsetting, literally brought tears to my eyes.

In response to the owners response, you know me and my dog, we (were) regulars. That week was the third time we had been in to eat. It’s also how I know she gave us a small serving.

I also brought it up with her at the time but she just stared at me and didn’t say anything. Hence me having to write this review.

It was not the first time that member of staff has been ‘off’ with us, the first few time a I put it down to a bad day or it being her personality but the difference in attitude and service to us and the next group that came in was startling and very revealing and deeply...

Great cafe ran by a lovely team, perfect for working and trying some insanely delicious and interesting drinks!

I always walk by but I’m so glad I decided to go in. The sun was shining and the place was full of colour and natural light. It’s got a real nice vibe, not too busy, not too loud, but relaxing. There’s plenty of seating and it’s all comfy. The staff are super friendly and it’s real easy to enjoy your coffee in there.

The drinks are unique and creative, like no where else in Brighton. The specials and menu seemingly changes regularly, with some wild ideas - and I’m all here for it. I turned down a salted honey shaken espresso for a matcha lemonade and a more standard tumeric latte. Both delicious. I’ll have to go back to try...

Went in for a takeaway coffee this morning, but ended up having to wait over 25 minutes for two takeaway beverages, even though we were the only customers in there. It seemed like the baristas were busy chatting/ showing each other things instead of preparing our orders.

We nearly missed our bus because the drinks were taking so long, and it seemed like the staff were a bit clueless and didn’t have training on how to prioritise tasks or maintain confidence and professionalism. Even when I tried to say that we needed to leave quickly, the staff didn’t really address this concern directly and it felt like we weren’t being taken seriously. Won’t be coming back.
