As big aƧai lovers me and my friends were super excited to try this new aƧai shop in chester. The staff were nice, the shop was slightly dim and unwelcoming, so as a result we got our food to go. The presentation was very nice however we were severely let down by the aƧai itself, i don’t know if it’s always the same but the fruit was slightly mushy and the aƧai itself tasted as what i can only describe as if it had been left open in a fridge with other various foods, it tasted garlicky almost. I’m not sure if someone left their lunch or other savoury items in the same store used with the acai or what, It tasted severely unpleasant and we all were unable to finish it. I hope you guys manage to fix this recipe or the way you store the AƧai itself as for the money we spent on it we were upset and because we had already left the area and were unable to return the bowl for a refund. It’s a shame to leave a negative review but I hope you guys fix this as a way to improve your shop.

A brilliant find in Chester! The AƧai Grove serves delicious, healthy, vibrant bowls made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I had one topped with banana, blueberries, raspberries, and a generous matcha drizzle—refreshing, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The coffee was excellent too—smooth and well-balanced. The place has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and the team were warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s rare to find somewhere that gets both the food and the service just right. Whether you’re after a healthy breakfast, a light lunch, or simply a great coffee, The AƧai Grove is well worth a visit. Highly recommended!

First time trying Acai after seeing it all over instagram, it was lovely! Also the coffee was 10/10. Super quick service as I got it in the morning, can tell this will be a really popular place in Chester. Definitely will be back!

When the Acai Grove opened we couldn’t wait to visit. Although the acai bowls were excellent the experience was awful. The staff showed no warmth whatsoever and we actually felt they thought they were doing us a favour. Granted they were busy but there was no clear indication where customers should stand whilst waiting for their order and we overheard one of the staff (the owners partner I presume) comment that some people have no common sense. I held off writing a review for a few weeks telling myself we would return just in case it had been an ā€˜off’ day but I really can’t bring myself to. You don’t get a second chance to make a...
