Was recommended this little hidden bar/cafe. I popped in on a Saturday when the place was fairly busy. The food looked very nice, even though I popped in for a refreshing 2/3 of a pint. I was greeted at the door by a polite member of staff, who asked if I was there for food. When I said no beer, they helpfully suggested I had a look at their menu of more than just the beers on tap. Read moreAwesome! This is such a great bar. Popped in after having an ok curry a few doors down. I was greeted by a really welcoming friendly can we help. There were 3 couples in there already chatting and socialising it was just a great atmosphere. I was given a beer menu. I love good beer and this place does not dissapoint. A heavenly woft of waffles filled the air someone was grabbing their well earned dinner. It was such a great environment. I so wish I lived local because I would be there all the time. Only been open 3 months and they have got a great formula. Support this...

We came in a couple of times when they first opened, but haven't been back since - but it's clear they are coming on really well. Live, chilled music on a Sunday afternoon is really nice and a great addition to the options in Buxton. Whilst the small venue means you need to book, it does make for an intimate atmosphere. Service was great. Ayiaha made sure we didn't go thirsty, and brought our drinks up to the balcony meaning we didn't have to risk...
