Seasons Microbar and Bottle Shop — Restaurant in High Peak

Such a fantastic bar! We visited here both nights that we stayed in Buxton and had such a lovely time both times. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, they treated us like we'd been going there for years even though we were only visiting for a couple of nights. Their wine is fantastic. They told us how they like the hand pick the wines and only sell ones they are passionate about and certainly shines through. Incredible wines at very reasonable prices for what you're getting. Whilst they do sell other drinks, I really do recommend you try the wines and ask them for their recommendations, well worth it. The venue is cosy and had a fantastic atmosphere the times we were there. Lots of people laughing and joking with the owners which was lovely to see. Highly recommend...

Our very first week spent away with our daughter, Why not to Buxton (the place with the water), So, a week away there, in August was planned, With enough food and beer to ensure we'd expand, The research was done and the venues were found, Google said all were deservedly renowned, That was their failure, we don't know the reasons, How could it miss off the best - Seasons?! Sarah and Steve both went out of their way, To enhance our visit in every way, So we say to all coming to this old Roman town, Look up this place and quickly head down!!

No visit to Buxton could ever be complete, Without a visit to Seasons - make it replete! Thanks for the beer, the effort and the time, You've helped make our stay...

My wife and I have been in Buxton for a weeks holiday and found it truly to be an amazing location to stay. We eyed this little bar up at the start of the week but was always full when we walked past (we have a baby & pram) so waited until yesterday where it was a little less busy.

We were greeted by a ultra friendly host who had great knowledge of the beers and came up with some recommendations about where to go in the Peak District. I had 2 of the craft beers on tap which were very good and my wife a prosecco.

This is a little gem of a place in the town and we will hopefully be coming back on...
