Tempest on Tithebarn — Restaurant in Liverpool

My partner and I, came across tempest on the first day it had opened. We tried a few cakes and the manager was amazing as she asked us what we thought about them. I mentioned the icing on one cake was too much for the size of the cupcake and it was too sweet. She was thankful about this and mentioned that was the only one she hadn't tried yet, so would give it ago.

Myself and my partner have been back to tempest numerous of times. The tuna melt bagel is incredible 😋 the coffees and cocktails especially the strawberry daiquiri are the best we've tasted.

My mother and brother- in law where up in Liverpool so my partner took them there for brunch and sat outside. Food and service was amazing once again.

My team hosted a teambuilding event for our client at The Tempest and the experience was made so easy for us to deliver by the amazing help and assistance of Nathan, Alex & Harriet. Three outstanding members of The Tempest team who went above and beyond for help us facilitate our activities. In particular Harriet, who didn't need to, but helped me carry some heavy stuff down the stairs for the load in. Exceptional service from the staff and to top it off, the drinks and food were amazing too! My team loved the fact The Tempest keeps their own bees and uses the honey in their products. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to host an event there and/or just use the space for social purposes. 10/10 all round!...

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Came as part of a party of around 10. Food came out before most of the drinks and I’d almost finished my food before the drink came. The burger was not great at all. The patties themselves were over seasoned with pepper and severely overcooked to the point they were dry and hard- I had the messy burger. Cup of tea was mediocre. The bag was in the water for over 5 mins and it was still really weak. Would recommend if you’re going for a drink as the place itself is nice but I wouldn’t recommend...
