Amorino Gelato - London Charing Cross — Restaurant in London

Horrible and disgusting customer service from a staff called Mohi. I have never experienced such an appalling service. This staff is clearly a disgrace and should be NO where to serve customers as he reflects a bad image of London and a poor standard of customer service.

My friend's dad is diabetics so I asked the staff if they have a reduced-sugar ice cream or one for diabetics. The fist staff didn't know and he asked Mohi to come and assist us. Mohi didn't bother and then said there is a paper on the wall so go and read it. As we asked about the sizes of the cones, he gestured disdainfully in his head and said they are pretty clear. Also as he was filling the ice cream, his finger kept going above the paper and touching the cone and we all found this quite disgusting, very unhygienic and unprofessional.

The management seems to be no better than their horrible staff Mohi. I filled out a form online but no one got back to me. I called the store and couldn't get to the manager. I left my phone number and no one bothered to call and apologise.

This is appalling customer service with no standards whatsoever. My questions remains: Do you employ staff who enjoy treating the customers badly and deliver horrible experiences? Where is your standards regarding hygiene? Does your horrible staff Mohi know anything about the products he is selling or simply he is a unwilling to do his job? Where is the management in all this?

I am truly appalled by the experience, more so because I recommended you to my tourist friends. This will never happen again. I certainly don't recommend Amorino to any one - not unless you want to ruin your evening, waste your money and on top of that get...
