We recently paid a visit to BKC Edgware Road, and it was a culinary journey that left us utterly spellbound.

To start our meal, we savored the Dahi Ke Kebab, which was a revelation in itself. The outer layer boasted a delicate crispiness that gave way to a creamy, tangy center. The blend of yogurt, spices, and herbs was harmonious, creating a symphony of flavors that danced on our palates.

Following that, we indulged in the Paneer Kati Roll, which proved to be an absolute delight for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The succulent cubes of paneer were marinated to perfection and encased in a soft, flaky paratha. The crunch of fresh vegetables added a delightful contrast in textures, and the accompanying chutney provided a zesty kick.

The Chai at BKC Edgware Road deserves special mention. Served in charming cups, it was the epitome of comfort. The aromatic blend of spices and the perfect balance of milk and tea created a beverage that warmed both the heart and soul.

For our main course, we indulged in the Vegetable Kofta Curry and vegetable and soya biryani which was nothing short of a revelation. The koftas were pillowy and packed with a medley of vegetables, subtly spiced and bathed in a luscious curry. Each bite was a burst of rich, comforting flavors that left us craving for more.

The bread options were equally impressive. The Rumali Roti was thin, soft, and slightly charred - a perfect companion to scoop up the flavorful curries. The Lacha Paratha, on the other hand, was a work of art. Each layer was delicately flaky, and it served as a hearty canvas to mop up every last bit of the curry.

The service was impeccable. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations. Their attentiveness added to the overall wonderful dining experience.

In conclusion, BKC Edgware Road is a culinary gem that we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in search of an authentic and delectable dining experience. Every dish, from the Dahi Ke Kebab to the Lacha Paratha, showcased the skill and passion...

Restaurant BKC in the heart of London is a hidden gem that I've frequented both in person and online, and it consistently leaves me in awe.

This uniquely distinctive restaurant is a haven for lovers of Indian cuisine, with a focus on the rare and delectable Lucknowi food, reminiscent of old Nawabi times. What sets Restaurant BKC apart is not just its exceptional dishes but the outstanding service provided by a team that truly knows their craft.

The Manager Mr. Prince's knowledge of the menu is unparalleled, and the way he explains each dish is both enlightening and impressive.

His team, Yogeshwar and Anvith, execute their roles with efficiency and grace, making the dining experience all the more delightful. Prince, the encyclopaedia of Lucknowi specialties, has a way of elaborating on dishes that adds a layer of appreciation to each bite.

I've had the pleasure of savouring nearly every item on the menu, and the distinctiveness of their Biryanis is nothing short of addictive.

It's rare to find such sophisticated and authentic cuisine outside of Lucknow, and Restaurant BKC in London has truly mastered it.

This restaurant is a testament to London's global culinary scene, drawing in people from all corners of the world who crave a taste of India's royal heritage.

The service here is second to none, making each visit a memorable and delightful experience.

I extend my best wishes to the management, officers, and staff of Restaurant BKC.

May your continued progress lead you to the peak of success in all your endeavours.

Thank you for consistently delivering an exceptional dining experience. Ash-Cash...

Tasty, delicious, fulfilling, indian food done right, true taste, true flavours, not holding back on spices ... no customised or adjusted menu, simply true indian food served with a smile.

Indian food is about multiple favours that hit the palate at once and make your mouth water - BKC does just that! The food, the service & the experience would want you keep coming back! True test of an Indian eatery ... how authentic they make their chutneys ...

We ordered keema pav, tandoori chicken (marinated in mustared oil), barrah kebab (lamb marinated with papaya) with romali rotis and before we could finish we ordered the same again! ... very very well made food, the marination, the cooking and service - all perfect. The fried green chillies, masala onion and green chutney just add to the already delicious food they are served alongwith. Aam pana and shikanji were just like made at most indian homes while the house roseling complements indian flavours perfectly!. The falooda kulfi with rose was perfect to top it all!

This is true indian food served with a smile. Quick service and staff are wonderful! Thanks Arnav, Ashfaq, Veeran & the wonderful indian girl with a smile. You guys did great managing a busy party of 20 while not letting down a small group like ours. Pricing is just apt for a central london eatery! Toilet was clean(surprise)! Its needless to say we are coming back for biryani and boti kebab, but wish you guys more success, happiness and growth ... you truly deserve it!

If you like Dishoom, you might want to forget the queues and get awesome...

I visited this place on the evening of Saturday, 24 September 2022 with my better half. This is a different sort of 'Indian', focussed on Lucknowi/Awadhi cuisine as described on their web site and they live up to their claim. They have a limited menu but good choice of vegetarian/vegan options. Everything is reasonably priced. Owner/Manager (S Mitra) was very attentive and receptive of suggestions. We ordered Lamb Biryani, Galouti Kebab, Paratha, Dahi Ke Kebab and Bun Makhan with Chai. It is one of the very few places (and my first) in London that have Roomali Roti on the menu. I was quite eager to order it. Unfortunately it was not available at that time. First the biryani. Delicately spiced. Aromatic with succulent pieces of lightly spiced meat. Not very oily. Well cooked rice. Close to Beheshti Biryani of Northern India. We liked it a lot. Galouti Kebabs were not as soft and tender as I have come to expect them. S Mitra acknowledged this and that they are working on it. Dahi Ke Kebab were amazing. Very delicate and well seasoned. Melt in mouth. We ended our meal with Bun Makhan. Deceptively named, this is a dish with a twist - Brioche slices, buttered and sprinkled with chilli/spices. Served with Chai, very unique and a perfect finish to an outstanding meal. Incidentally, this is the only dish I remembered to take picture of. Look forward to visiting them again.
