Modern and spacious coffee shop located undercover in the new(ish) ‘Sidings’ development as part of Waterloo Station. As such, it’s easy to get to your platform and the Underground from here, while being away from the general mess and chaos that comes with stepping foot inside Waterloo. As an added bonus, it’s right next to some toilets! Plenty of space to sit down and chill, with a relaxing vibe. There’s a touchscreen ordering system in operation here, which obviously won’t be to everyone’s taste. The menus on the system are a little ‘busy’, with a few too many screens and upsell prompts to get through if you simply want to get a coffee and run away, but I can’t fault it really as it’s organised well, and works. I ordered a cortado to go. It was prepared swiftly (though the place was almost empty when I walk in) and the barista was friendly and used my name a couple of times. Black Sheep’s coffee is lovely; the cortado was well-made, with unburnt milk and a lovely smoky taste from the beans they use. It’s my first time trying this branch but certainly won’t be the last; very highly recommended and super-convenient in more ways than one.

I took the train from Staines-Upon-Thames because I wanted to do some work and I wanted to get out of the house so why not go to London right?! I was going to go to the grind or the ozone or general en baristas… made it to the grind but their place was too noisy. And then on my way over to it, I found the Black Sheep Coffee, and wow, what an oasis! It’s clean it’s relaxing. They have power plugs. The food is really good. The drinks are really good. You can order with a computer screen and the customer service is great and you can stay as long as you like and it’s right in the Waterloo station. Finding this truly reminds me that the universe always has my back and to just go and trust I’ll find gold on my journey. What a beautiful discovery. And they are open till 10 PM! Perfect if you are waiting for a train 🚂 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Black Sheep coffee differentiated themselves from every other coffee shop in their store layout, their order mechanism (installing touchscreens) and approach to customer service. They secured a nice place in Waterloo station opposite Kiehl's store where people can meet up friends and business people can catch up on emails or have casual/informal meetings with clients and do it in a relaxed ambiance, away from the office whenever it is possible. I personally want to feel different when I am in a coffee shop and that is why I visit cafes sometimes rather than have my coffee at home or at work. And this Black Sheep shop nailed the above. Loved their espresso (went for Blue Volcano coffee beans) - 'Tart Citric Acidity'. Definitely recommended. Fabulous staff. Very friendly and you can tell they gel well together.

As a regular customer at Black Sheep Coffee in Waterloo Station, I can confidently say this spot is a gem in the heart of the station. Every visit is a pleasure, thanks to the consistently excellent service and quality drinks they offer.

Their juices are my go-to—they’re always fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. Whether I’m in the mood for something energizing or refreshing, Black Sheep Coffee never disappoints.

I also want to give a special mention to Nabil, who consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is top-notch. His warm and friendly attitude, combined with his attention to detail, makes every visit a pleasure.

If you’re passing through Waterloo Station, or even if you’re just in the area, I highly recommend stopping by Black Sheep Coffee. With their delicious juices and the exceptional service from Nabil, it’s a place that truly makes you feel...
