Black Sheep Coffee — Restaurant in London

A spacious, well-lit and well-ventilated coffee shop with good coffee and friendly service. I'd like to give it five stars, as I come here regularly, but there are two things which currently make the experience unpleasant.

There seems to be no system for conveying the coffee order to the person actually making the coffee (as the order is not written down) – one person just tells the other. So I've often ended up having to give my order twice to get my coffee, especially to make sure that they've remembered that I asked for decaf/alt milk. Even at relatively quiet times, I find myself needing to wait ten to fifteen minutes to receive my coffee – too long a wait in a café whose main clientele are busy City workers.

The other thing is that a very loud alarm clock goes off every now and then for thirty seconds to a minute at a time. It is hard to work when one's concentration is repeatedly interrupted by such a piercing noise. This place would be perfect if they could (1) pass coffee orders in writing, (2) hire another staff member so that coffee arrives more quickly, and (3) doing something about the noisy...

The serve was great. I have ordered from them after. To order a pickup you just go to there website and place it on to the cart and choose the store you want to collect from and pay it online then you just go in to there store you have chosen and give your order number and they were fast to proper my order within and send me off without any delay. I was impressed. I had salted caramel coffee frappe, Toastie cheese and tomatoe and carrot cake. The frappe was ice cold and refreshing and sweet to drink.
