This business has a history of rude staff read other reviews but tonight went beyond rude.
Avoid this place unless you want to be threatened by staff with physical assault.
My friend when he asked for hot drinks he was asked aggressively
"Are you NOT going to order food!"
So essentially this business will DEMAND you order what they want you to order.
Secondly it's 11pm at night who orders food at this time!
At time of payment my friend forgot his bank card pin, to make things easier I said I'll pay to make things easier.
WAIT was what the same server shouted aggressively. He became even more aggressive when I asked about his abrupt tone.
Worse he addresses three of us in street like threatening manner "listen yeah I'm not being rude pay and get out!"
His ever increasing tone demonstrated he was ready to become physical.
Shocking! Was about to happily call the police as the situation warranted but my friends pressed me to leave it.
Do yourself a favour stay away from this dangerous place unless you like to be physically threatened.

Read moreMy friend went to the toilet after ordering. While he was peeing, he felt something tapping on his shoes, turned out it was a mouse. He freaked out and almost had a heart attack. He got out of the toilet and one the staff saw him and then went it and killed the mouse. After he returned, he told the waitress/administrator, the waitress shockingly did not apologise or anything, rather he told my friend that “it is London” and “rats are everywhere”, he got tempered because we were bothered by it, he was vey rude. My friend decided to stay and try to enjoy the food anyways, except the food was horrible, I still feel the dryness of the food in my mouth. The shawarma was really bad. But to be fair my friend gave a positive review about the Kabsa. Would not recommend at all! The staff treats the mice as it is something really normal to see in a restaurant! Personally, I would not spend a penny in this place. Really terrible food and...
