Crispies Tower Hill — Restaurant in London

Visited Crispies Tower Hill today and tried this restaurant for the first time. When I was placing my order on the kiosk I experienced an issue where I completed my order but wasn’t able to pay. However, the staff were quick to help me and take my order at the till. They were very polite and gave me their recommendations after I mentioned it was my first visit. They were also kind enough to give me a bag as I couldn’t finish all the food I ordered. The burger was really delicious, couldn’t fault it at all (I had the Londoner). The patty was well cooked, topped in a tasty sauce with fresh toppings and nice buns. I also tried the mozzarella sticks which arrived hot and had a very satisfying cheese pull but I found it to be quite bland (needs some mild seasoning like salt or something). I then tried the wings and tenders both with the buffalo sauce as I like a bit of heat. The buffalo flavour was nice but I found the sauce was a bit too thick for my liking so I probably won’t try either again. Finally I had a milkshake to go with the meal in the ferrer rocher flavor. It was well presented with chocolate sauce inside the cup. However, while they used actual ferrer rocher chocolates I think they are using cheap ice cream which really let down the flavour for me. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and I would return and invite a friend for a burger and fries in the future....

The experience would’ve been much better, had it not been for the staff. I’ve met 13-year olds at McDonald’s who were able to give a better experience. A man was in front of me and had ordered chicken wings with korean bbq. They had forgotten to add the korean bbq onto the chicken, and when the guy mentioned it, the guy put a small amount into a dip cup, so the cashier had to tell him to fill it to the top, but then lied to the customer saying “I didn’t want to put it directly on, since it’s really spicy” but 10 seconds later I get the same order, with korean bbq sauce on the wings. The cashier, however, put three plates down, along with tissue paper directly onto the counter… wtf? Not even a tray? I, however, asked for a tray, and he scuffed through some trays, put it on the counter but it was DIRTY with sauce and lettuce, so he offered to clean it by… wiping it down with a...
