This review is for Life residential estate agent for trinity square. Please be aware. Life residential estate agency people need to be careful dealing with this agency they will make u homeless and take your money in the name of holding deposite.. They took nearly two weeks of referencing they made me sign contract I got email that I passed the referencing and I have to pay deposite plus one month rent I did transfer and the day of chick in they call me and tell sorry you r not qualified for the apartment which is around 1350£ per month.. So I was officially homeless was paying to stay in hotel because I had to check out from my privous address a week ago end of tenancy thinking everything is OK with referencing for trinity square.. The estate agent calls and says sorry we need to keep the holding deposite for one week.. I said please refund my one month deposite and one month rent they said it will take 5 days to to transfer meanwhile I have to pay extra for hotel because I need the funds for other property.. So please be carefull you can get ripe off even after signing the contract. They will with your mental health...
