Gielly Green at Tower Bridge — Local services in London

I love love this place. Very quiet for anyone who gets overwhelmed in busy noisy salons. Maximum two or three (I think) customers. An amazing personalised service with a variety of drinks and incredible biscuits and teapots and cutlery (food is available). The venue (four seasons) is wonderful with lovely bathrooms with fab art displays. The gielly green staff are always so kind, approachable, talented and patient. I turn to the four seasons gielly green for every major life event from the time they corrected my horribly stripey orange hair dye, to my wedding hair, my first post partum hair cut and hair dye to my baby's first hair cut.

The team and staff are consistent which gives this salon a trusted loyal family atmosphere.

Steve is always always a pleasure and incredibly talented. He cuts hair brilliantly so that even when it grows out your hair just sits elegantly around the face. Steve will make you laugh, or just let you sleep whilst he works his magic.

Masha is magic when colouring hair (and cut). Her experience, opinions and consultation skills are amongst the best she listens to your needs and gives advice with science and reasoning behind them. She is incredibly quick and gets to job done to a fantastic standard. She has a lovely energy and had a fab solution for my new white hairs. She implemented the balyage flawlessly, incredibly blended, whilst accomodating my need to check on my baby. Steve was also very considerate and hospitable to my family and overall the whole salon team just vibed so well together.

I'll be honest, i'm not usually one for in depth reviews, but given the level of service I've repeatedly received at Gielly Green, I felt compelled to shout from the rooftops about this place (maybe even the hotel's newly opened rooftop!) I've visited Gielly Green twice now, first with Michaela, and today with Cynthia. Both hair stylists made me feel completely at home from start to finish, and gave me a haircut of the likes no one ever has (think minimal trimmers, and predominantly precision scissor cuts). Its somewhat disarming to receive so many complements when you go about your daily business, but that's what you get after a mens cut here (although i'm not sure if that was down to the cut itself or the tom ford products they spray you with after!) I will continue to get my hair cut here, and thoroughly look forward to returning in the future. Put quite simply, if you are looking for a true 'cut above the rest', look no further, you've found it. I didn't quite have the time for the complementary facial post cut today, but i'll make a point of clearing my schedule for next time. Thanks again, and...

Just wow!! I had a warm welcome by all the stylists at the salon. The hair wash and head massage by Joe was bliss, it was extremely relaxing and I went into heaven. The hair washing beds (yes beds!!) are incredible. They make the whole experience so peaceful. Michaela then gave me a curly blow dry. It’s the perfect way to have your hair styled before you going anywhere. The bounce in my hair was fabulous and it lasted me for a week!!! I didn’t wasn’t to wash my hair. She was so friendly to talk to throughout too. I haven’t been to the hairdressers in 5 years, I’ve always been unhappy with results so I was reluctant to coming. But after my experience here, I will definitely be returning. Michaela reassured me that not all salons are the same.
