On my visit I saw rats running around above overhead of seating areas (after I had got my food) I had sat down to order via my phone app after work, was pretty tired and a staff member had started closing off the area I was sat in but I didn't notice until I'd put my order through, I had to move the barrier he put up to get out at then he started having a go at me and shouting the area is closed, I told him to calm down and asked him why he didn't say anything to me when he was putting the barriers up, he just muttered something I couldn't catch, I decided to leave the miserable so and so to it, the counter staff seemed nice enough, I only got some wings but soon after the same misery guy was moaning at some girls that had been eating in there when they wanted to use the toilet, making out it was such hard job to let them into the loos, as I was having my wings I noticed the rats as well, absolutely shocking state.
