This restaurant is truly a hidden gem.

Ekin Restaurant has undoubtedly become my favorite dining spot, and I seize every opportunity to indulge in its culinary delights. Having recommended it to friends and family, the feedback has been nothing short of outstanding. Everything about this place is simply amazing – from the inviting atmosphere to the impeccable service and, of course, the outstanding turkish food. On each visit, I've been consistently impressed, and the variety of dishes we've tried has left us highly satisfied.

Even the seafood dish deserves applause for its freshness. It's evident that careful attention is paid to sourcing quality ingredients, resulting in a dining experience that stands out.

The staff are professional and incredibly nice and lovely. Their genuine warmth adds an extra layer of comfort to the already chill and cozy ambiance of the restaurant. Whether you're a regular like me or a first-time visitor, the welcoming atmosphere makes every dining experience memorable.

Shockingly poor service. This actually used to be a really good place and we have been regulars for around 4 years, but Ekin has unfortunately gone seriously down hill since the new manager has arrived. I had booked a table for a party of 4 and when we arrived, the staff just stared at us, and instead of welcoming us and guiding us to our table, proceeded to talk about us in turkish for a few minutes before eventually taking us to our table. Trying to get the waiters attention (who is the manager I referred to earlier) is impossible, he simply ignores you and if you do manage to get his attention he is incredibly rude, priortising customers who are his friends. We used to be regulars when the old manager - Shirin was around. I've attended a few times since the new manager has been insitu and have been disappointed everytime - rest assured this will be my last time. Deeply disappointed with the service. I love the food here and have been regular for me for a long time. The young man took my order on the phone and rushed it through. When it came to me collecting he was point blank rude when realising the order was wrong and I was not going to accept the wrong order. He ignored me and answered phone calls throughout. When ordering I clearly stated the ‘mince lamb’ not cube on the phone. He claim he had ‘caught me out’ which was very inappropriate and unprofessional and proceed to shout at me. Even another member of staff offered to remake the one thing which was wrong, he said no as he has taken the phone call and it knew what was said. He then told me he wasn’t going to serve me and to get out! A massive over reaction and I am horrified at the treatment I have been given. If he had given a little more attention and less distracted when taking orders that wouldn’t have been an issue. Bad times to be vulgar to customers.
