Having received an incorrect order ie items missing today, 2nd November I called the restaurant. Their response was next time, next time we give you extra. Explained that this is not good enough as it is my dinner, they said they know nothing about it! What! They just sent it!! I asked them to refund the order and I would place the order again they said call just eat! Not that simple! What they should be doing at the very least is telling just eat to issue a refund. Arrived 20 mins early so no excuse for incorrect order and what was delivered was cold.

Rang Roosters Piri Piri down the road as they own both shops. Asked to speak to the manager, he was there then phone was put down, called back and he wasn't there. Spoke to Kumar who spoke to favorite and said to order a drink or something and they would deliver the correct order vi explained that if I ordered the cheapest thing on their menu a dip at 60p it would cost me an additional £4.58! Kumar called the manager and called me back, he said to call justeat and they would give me a refund, not that simple! Said they should be telling justeat to issue the refund as they got the order incorrect, he said he would but he couldn't guarantee they would do it?? Yet he told me if I called they would refund me! I'm not even kidding when I say this place is a GAME CHANGER 🤯! I walked in with my squad, and the vibe was IMMEDIATE 🔥. The decor was on point, the staff was super friendly, and the food... oh man, the FOOD 🍴👌.

We ordered a bunch of stuff, but the standout for me was the signature burger 🍔 - juicy patty, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and the perfect bun. It was LOVE AT FIRST BITE ❤️. The fries were crispy too, not soggy like some places.
