I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gail's Bakery, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the delightful aroma of freshly baked goods filling the air.
What truly made my visit memorable was the exceptional service provided by Saakshi. From the moment I approached the counter, she greeted me with a genuine smile and a welcoming demeanor. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she took the time to explain the various options, helping me make an informed choice.
Saakshi's attention to detail was evident as she prepared my order with care and precision. She ensured that everything was just right, and her friendly conversation added a personal touch to the experience. It's rare to encounter such dedicated and thoughtful service, and Saakshi truly went above and beyond to make my visit special.
Thank you, Saakshi, for your outstanding service and for making my visit to Gail's Bakery a delightful one. I look forward to...
Read moreI went in this morning to sit in for baked eggs and was completely ignored by the staff. Five staff behind counter looking furiously busy (I was at front of queue) and left waiting and waiting and waiting and no acknowledgement not even eye contact with me as I waited. It's not normal to ignore people like that and it's certainly poor service. Are you training the staff to do that because how five people can operate like I didn't exist beggar's belief. Please sort the basic courteous...

💷 It was one of the first bakeries I visited in London, so I was surprised to see different prices depending on whether you're eating inside or getting a takeout (eating inside is more expensive). There's free tap water.
The eating area is cozy, with a glass roof overhead.
💳 You can pay by card, and if you have their app, you can get some perks.
♿ The place isn't accessible: neither the entrance not the eating area or the toilet, which is...
