Pret A Manger — Restaurant in London

I order hot chocolate and caramel latte, but my hot chocolate came is a half cough so I went back to an ask one of staff of member I receive my hot chocolate is 1/ half cup, but one of the manager came over me and they said you so rudely talk to me. I cannot refund how I cannot give you another coffee and who make my hot chocolate that lady also tell me like that, but I just asked my half cup of hot chocolate. I am paying you is like full cup of money back I receive half cup of hot chocolate. I hope lots of people absorb that one same situation to receiving small quantity of the coffee or whatever hot drinks because of when they are busy day making in a rush way, I see me sometime I receive lack of water too much I stopped it, but I went today after long time,...

Updated after first week. Settling in well and staff seemingly enjoying themselves much better. Diana in particular now a really friendly person and always a great welcome from her

Still wish for longer opening hours but not in branch hands presumably

First few days Just settling in as a new opening and hopeful ongoing stability. Staff still a little unsure of what to do, which is to be expected but instead of being charming about their inexperience, there seems to be an undercurrent of muttering and abruptness. Hope it improves to become more welcoming. The one real complaint is they seem to set their own closing time, no matter what the window display says. Today Saturday it's closed and deserted by 5:20pm.

Not great for those of us who want to order...

I just bought a coffee at this place. I entered the shop and nobody was behind the counter to order for at least 2 minutes. I ordered a flat white and a white americano WITH COLD MILK. The person behind the counter serves me an americano with HOT milk and she carries on preparing the flat white. I checked the coffee and told her it was hot milk and I asked for cold milk. She instantly disagreed that I was wrong and I said hot. I kindly reply that's wrong and she turns her back to make a new coffee mumbling she is very sure I asked for hot milk. She makes the new coffee and passes it over without saying at least a thank you. Totally unprofessional behaviour....
