I recently visited this establishment with my full family, including young children. As expected when dining with kids, there was some mess left behind, for which we sincerely apologised to the staff before leaving. Despite our politeness, one female staff member approached my mother in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner, stating, "What a mess you’ve made" in a tone that was completely uncalled for. Her attitude was not only unprofessional but also confrontational, as she did not allow us to respond or speak to her calmly. It felt as though she was more interested in scolding customers than resolving the situation appropriately. We understand that cleanliness is important, and we always try to be mindful, especially when dining out. However, the way we were spoken to was unacceptable. Staff members are there to maintain standards, not to shame or argue with paying customers. If there was an issue, it could have been addressed respectfully and professionally. This experience left a very negative impression, and I urge management to look into how staff are trained in customer service. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed or disrespected, especially after already offering an apology. We just had a very bad experience I have ever had ,me and my colleagues we came yesterday and we ordered on the ordering screen, because nobody was behind the desk,we ordered our stuff we paid the computer charged us and at the end said the orders were cancelled but at the same time the STEAL our money and we had to go back 3 times today to talk with the “manager” showing to him also our private bank account and he never believed me,and the joke is he tried to give as money back and instead to give money back he charged me again lol and I’ve got the pic too but still he don’t believe that is unreal!
