This Starbucks on platform 16 used to be the best in Victoria if not London, The staff were simply amazing, They were so smiley, friendly and welcoming, every day I was welcomed by my name and They knew my order without even asking, But Starbucks seems to change their staff more often now than they do their socks, The atmosphere has left this Starbucks and expecting a smile or a personal touch from the new staff honestly seems on par with asking for my order for free , not going to happen , but we live in hope , bring back the old team and give them all a pay rise , rant over!!! I stopped by while waiting for my train and asked for a pretty complicated drink—something I had once in Japan and have been dreaming about ever since. I found the recipe and thought I’d try my luck by asking if they could make it.

One of the worse Star bucks I've ever been in! Avoid this if you can and go to the one outside! They do not accept your loyalty card and do not offer you free syrup if you're a gold member. If you have a free coffee from your app, you cannot redeem it here. I asked why and they said "we are a franchise company so we can do and charge what we want"!!
