Tortilla Victoria Place — Restaurant in London

Standing by the counter waiting to be served for 5 minutes whilst the 3 staff there prepare takeaway orders from deliveroo just eat etc. I wanted to ask how long they would be before I would be served. I said ' excuse me' to ask the question. The girl looked at me and carried on. I was surprised and shocked. I stood a further couple of minutes and watched the 3staff hurriedly get the deliveroo just eat orders ready. I looked round and saw Mcdonald's and decided to go there instead because time was going when there i was served straight away.... on my way back I spoke to staff at the tortilla shop to give my feed back. ( by then there were no deliveroo just eat orders waiting). I said ' I think that a person waiting in front of your counter to be served should take priority over the orders all 3 of you are making for deliveroo etc. I don't think it's right that the person you can see should be waiting waiting or at least tell me that you will take ten minutes before you can serve me. ' .... the girl said she would pass on my feedback. After that not great customer service experience I'm not compelled to recommend this place or to...

Girlfriend ordered medium bowl, served by friendly, polite woman who gave a generous portion.

I ordered a large bowl but I was served by a younger lady who gave me very small amounts of each ingredient. While she was doing this, I politely reminded her that I ordered a large bowl. She told me ‘this is how we make them’. We got to the checkout and my girlfriends medium bowl was significantly larger than my ‘large’ bowl.

Because of this, I again politely raised the issue. The young lady that served me acknowledged that that medium bowl was bigger than the large bowl. However, she just repeatedly told me ‘this is how we make them’ while staring deadpan at me.

At this point, another staff member who had been stood there, realised that she was in the wrong and so took control of the situation and amended the burrito bowl for me.

The food itself was good, up to the usual standard of Tortilla. I have been to over a dozen different tortilla restaurants. The food at this one was above average. The customer service was the worst that I have...

These jokemans didn’t even serve me and served two others behind me and my friend instead (can’t expose her for confidential reasons)

Then I’m shouted at by some dusty woman (ex: CHICKEN OR QUORN and BROWN BEANS OR BLACK) like bro why you shouting

Then the next guy shouts at me too (ex: LETTUCE? PICCO DE GALLO????) I said yh calm and can I have nachos …THIS GUY OML … bro paused for 10 seconds and stared at me and said “Chips?” Like why am I being made to feel stupid 🤣🤣🤣

And I’m like calm, bad service, but I’ll get my food its calm but nah “bros lyin”

HOW UTTERLY FOOLISH OF ME TO BELIEVE THIS COULD BE POSSIBLE

To conclude this fine, prestigious, professional service… my mans gave my order to someone else!!

got to payment and the cashier had the audacity to ask “cash or card” while presenting me with someone else’s order.

They merely left me starving, disappointed and full of extreme rage.

So, naturally, I politely and respectfully said “I cannot be bothered goodbye”

To solve this I attempted to phone them… you’d think they pick up… but...
