The staff make all meals large by default, you must ask for a regular or you will be charged for a large meal completely deceptive and arguably fraudulent.
Staff complete orders ready for pick up way ahead of the meal actually being ready. Staff can be seen looking at the order history in their system jotting down what has been ordered, as once the order as been ‘complete’, it disappears from the pending orders screen. Clearly the speed of delivery of an order is some performance metric for the branch, and staff are actively completing orders ahead of completion to manipulate the metric - although this happens across my fast food restaurants, the scale and confusion it creates here specifically is absolutely horrendous - missed orders and long wait times.
Clear mismanagement of the branch and arguably fraudulent practise of charging for large meals without request of the customer.
I waited over 20 mins for my ‘fast food’ order, this is the case almost every time I am at this branch. It is only after grabbing the attention of one of staff, did they realise they missed my order in their little scheme and they reminded the cooking staff to make.

Read moreThe customer assistant(Farzana)started on a good note, when taking my order, however towards the end of my service came out with the comment "you are taking too long placing your order, can you step aside whilst I serve the person behind you? My respond was I don't normally eat out just treating my 2 younger children to a meal out and want to place an order that will be enough for my children and I could feed on. She went on further acknowledging my response but the service in getting my order through was appalling; giving me my drink by putting and shoving towards me. Because of her action I had no choice but to demand my monnie back and even that her action was unprofessional from her body language in putting me over to the manager. It was a bit like watching the evacuation procedure on the Titanic - and as per my comment on Facebook "Went to KFC in Victoria station yesterday afternoon. Ordered a boneless fillet burger box with a side of beans and ordered 4 hot wings ... waited 14 mintues before my order was ready and no side of beans as they had thrown them all out as they had expired passed their sell time Waited 14 minutes for the order asked for a bbq dip sauce for the hot wings and she told me I would have to pay 35p for dip. I went ballistic. I said you've taken 14 minutes to get my order ready(I checked the order time on the receipt against their monitor) - couldn't even give me what i wanted for the side order, people have been coming up and asking for dips while I've been waiting and didn't' have to pay and you're telling me I have to pay 35p for a dip for the 4 hot wings I bought - some people have to pay some people don't, tell me...
