K-POP Korean Restaurant is a true culinary gem that captures the warmth and comfort of a home-cooked Korean meal. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of sizzling bulgogi and bubbling stews sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The dishes here are a testament to tradition, lovingly prepared with the kind of love and care you'd expect from a Korean home kitchen. K-POP Korean Restaurant isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a place to feel cared for. With its authentic flavors, inclusive options, and heartfelt hospitality, it's a spot that leaves you full in every sense of the word. Equally deserving of praise is the staff—regular faces who work tirelessly and with genuine warmth. Whether it's a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner, their attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and friendly service make every visit feel like a return to a familiar, welcoming table. K- Pop plays non intrusively in the background and thankfully, is played at a comfortable level. Nice ambience and not having to shout to make yourself heard is also a bonus!! Vegetarian/vegan alternatives available. I have been told the chicken served here is halal, but there is no signage on the menu, website, or on display in the restaurant. As they serve pork here, this may be an issue for some people. Toilets could have been slightly cleaner than they were when I used them, if I am to be honest but were not so unusable. Just a tad disappointing.

What a lovely surprise!! I read good reviews and I love Korean food so this had been in my bucket list for a while. I expected to like it considering how much I like Korean food but I absolutely loved it. The food was way better than I was expecting. Fried chicken was crispy and I loved the fact you could taste the gochujang in the sweet and spicy one. It was cold and I needed something warm so I had the dak galbi soup and it was so comforting!!! The meat and the broth were delicious, now I crave this every time I want soup! My boyfriend had the spicy grilled chicken with cheese and it was amazing. We also tried the jkangjangmyeon and it's one of my favorites I ever had. The chefs were Korean and a Korean woman came out of the kitchen and she smiled at us and thanked us, I wonder if she was the owner, but she was lovely. A new favorite place! The restaurant itself is downstairs not much space. Upstairs they have some take away and fast items like Korean fried chicken and bentos for a really good price and some space.

Visited today with my friends, the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. It was easy to find (I'd seen some YouTubers visit in a video and wanted to try it), the shop wasn't extremely busy so we easily found somewhere to sit. The food was brilliant and totally worth the money/the trip to London. (I had the Korean Fried Chicken on rice) We plan to go back as soon as we can! - UPDATE- 27/AUG/20 Came back again today, noticed it had changed a bit from the last time I visited. Food is still amazing (I got KFC on rice again), the staff are lovely and very welcoming. The atmosphere is chill and relaxing. The downstairs restaurant has a wider range of Korean food and staff will give you suggestions if you're not sure what to get. My mum got Bimbimbap and loved it, my sister got some spicy noodles (I've forgotten the name) and really liked it. Me and sisters friend got Korean Fried Chicken on rice, all of the food was amazing. Will definitely come back! My favourite place to eat in the whole of London!

We popped in here on a whim on a Saturday around 3pm hoping for something interesting, and we were not disappointed! I am vegetarian and I had the Tofu Katsu Curry rice bowl, and my fiancée had the chicken teriyaki bento box.

We were greeted by an extremely welcoming and friendly lady, and the food preparation took about 8 minutes! Fast food for what you pay for! We occupied ourselves by drawing on their chalk wall and reading the fantastic post-it notes left by K-Pop fans and other patrons.

We had a train to catch at Oxford Circus so did not sit in to eat, but we were so intrigued by the food we started eating immediately after exiting the doors. The lady came outside to let us know that we could eat inside if we wanted, and we had a lovely conversation about differences in cuisine around the world.

Now onto the food. The Tofu Katsu Curry was cooked to perfection, lying gently on a bed of rice. It was total heaven in a bowl. For my fiancée, she basically had a food-orgasm when trying each piece in her bento box. There was cold omelette, hot dumplings, cucumber, rice, and of course the chicken teriyaki with mixed vegetables.

We had to stop several times on our way to Oxford Circus underground station just so she could savour each bite, standing stock still in the middle of a bustling London with her eyes closed. I spent the rest of the day happily listening to her wax lyrical about K-Pop, and how it was the best meal she'd ever...
