LEON Regent Street — Restaurant in London

I've never been compelled to ever write a review before. I was very dissapointed at this particular Leon's seating arrangements. This branch has 3 small indoor crammed together seats in the corner, that's it - there is no space in between each seat, so you do often find yourself getting into people's personal space.

On a freezing night, with all the seats competitvley filled, there was nowhere I could sit and eat my food (other than the spacious resturaunt floor). The layout of the store has space for atleast one or two more indoor seats - and if there's not, can you please find a way of atleast spacing them out, so people don't use them to put their bags on them? Just an idea...

I know the big wigs at Leon (yes, you reading this) breeze through these comments and think they are just people 'complaining' or 'having a bad day' but at the end of the day, we are the people who love the food and would love even more to have it in this branch. We are the working people you are desperatley trying to reach.

All being said, the staff were very nice in face of my awkward glares back and forth from the counter and the crammed together seats filled with seat competitive customers which I wasn't able to eat next to.

Update: I am satisfied partly by the response given by the Leon store, however, it must be said that this ‘og store’ used to have more seating than it currently does. In reference to Google Maps images, extra raised seating can be seen on the windows in addition to the shop floor, adding an extra 4 seats to the current setup. It therefore shows this “crammed” location has previously had the capacity and can do better to suit those who love...

I recently visited Leon on Regent Street, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the delicious food to the exceptional service, everything was top-notch.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. I always go for their banana, bee pollen yoghurt, and a skinny cappuccino, and they never disappoint. The yoghurt is creamy and perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the banana and the subtle crunch of the bee pollen. The skinny cappuccino is smooth and just the right strength to kickstart my day. It’s clear that Leon prioritizes quality and taste in every bite and sip.

What really made my visit special, though, was the incredible service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure I had a great experience. Julia, Mohammed, and Ishmael were all so friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Julia greeted me with a warm smile and remembered my usual order, which made me feel like a valued regular. Mohammed was quick and efficient, making sure everything was prepared perfectly, and Ishmael checked in to see if I needed anything else, adding a personal touch to the service.

The atmosphere at Leon is always buzzing with positive energy, and the staff truly make it a welcoming place. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down to enjoy your meal, you can always count on great food and even better service.

I highly recommend Leon on Regent Street to anyone looking for a healthy, delicious meal and a fantastic dining experience. A huge shoutout to Julia, Mohammed, and Ishmael for making every visit so enjoyable. You guys are the heart of this place, and I’ll definitely...

I came to collect a TGTG bag on Saturday evening 14.06.25, at 21.53. I asked the sales person if they had the bag so I could swipe the collection button within the collection time frame, he said yes, but then he started telling me off for swiping the collection button, he kept telling me that I wasn't allowed, only his manager swiped offers, that TGTG had nothing to do with Leon, they make no money from it, they give the food for free to help people etc. I explained that he told me I could swipe the code and I only did what he agreed to, I offered to show him the offer code to register it in the system, etc. In the end he admitted that he could register it without any issues. As a disabled person with learning difficulties, already struggling with social anxiety, I found the whole experience really off putting. I explained that I was feeling unwell and I struggled to even get there, but he kept arguing. I would never step foot in this shop again. The food was tasty, l had some chicken nuggets and a Korean pork rice dish that I both enjoyed, and a small box of oily chicken bits that were quite dry. The food was packaged well, the place looked clean...
