Very unlucky tea.
I have been visited here today and there was a male staff who is extremely rude. I ordered Brown sugar milk and asked for him to no ice and 50 percentage of sugar after payment. He said 100 percentagess of ice and 100 sugar is available for the brown sugar milk. I asked him to get tea with no ice as I have a cold (and he didn’t inform me that information and also there wasn’t any notice on the menu). And he refused (of course it might be a rule, I get this point). So I asked changed it to another tea which is available for tea with no ice. From this point he look annoyed, and he turned around and flicked a dishcloths at the kichen desk and shouted out loud as AHHHH!. (I can’t understand what he was saying but it was uncomfortable noise) Then, I was waiting for refund my change as there was a slight difference between tea prices. I nomally don’t get the change as it is small fee. However, I feel like I should get refund as his uncomfortable attitude. After getting refunded and turned around to get a seat, he screamed twice extremely LOUD in chinese and everyone in the shop turned their face and stared at me. I even didn’t know that he screamed towards me, but I noticed this situation as all the customers looked at me. And I don’t understand what he was saying as I am not chinese or he literally shouted out loud. Only thing I get this situation is he was holding my tea and everyone in the shop looked at me. I don’t really why he acted like that to people to pick up their tea in that manner. It wasn’t a delightful experience and it ruined my mood. So I even didn’t drink that tea. Me and my friends we’re trying to get own tea one by one but we decided not to buy anymore. It was a Very Very...
Read moreEdit: thank you for responding. She did indeed not recommend it but I tried the tea before mixing and in my opinion it was not sour as described. However, it’s always a risk when you ask someone for a recommendation so I’m not blaming her for recommending it. For her, this may taste sour so my judgment was just for the fixed sweetness level of the drink. I didn’t take the cheese topping flavour into account. Thanks for your offer for a free drink too. 👍🏼
Original review: I asked lady at the till for a recommendation for a sour drink that’s not too sweet. She recommended the grape tea or green grape tea for a more sour flavour so I went for the green. It’s fixed sweetness and ice which I’m not a fan of because it wasn’t cold enough and it was too sweet. It also wasn’t sour. I added cream cheese but it wasn’t my favourite.
At the of the day, it can be hit and miss with these drinks so I like to try different places but it seems like this isn’t my kind of place. Hey! Tea is better for fruit flavours.
I have to comment that there was a customer with her dog on the table where customers sit to drink their tea and I find it crazy that the workers didn’t ask her to take it off. That’s beyond unsanitary.

Read moreDownright terrible service. The man at the counter actually argued with me about what I wanted. He told me it wouldn't be good. I told him that I know what I want. He said, he doesn't want to make it. I said, I don't care. I am making an order for something I like to drink, and it's really none of his business if he personally doesn't like the flavour combination.
For the record, it's a drink I have had many, many times at so many different bubble tea shops. Never has an employee argued with me. In fact, in some places I go, this combination is actually on their menu. (BTW, it is lemon yakult with cheese/milk foam. It's delicious. Like lemon cheesecake.)
He grudgingly punched it in but I could tell he was very unhappy to make what I requested.
In the end, it was fine. It wasn't the best bubble tea I've had, but it was acceptable. Too bad I would never return because of the bad, rude attitudes of the staff.
